حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ هَانِئِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجَاءَ عَمَّارٌ فَاسْتَأْذَنَ فَقَالَ ائْذَنُوا لَهُ مَرْحَبًا بِالطَّيِّبِ الْمُطَيَّبِ.
Waki` narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, Abu Ishaq said on the authority of Hani bin Hani, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, who said: I was sitting with the Prophet May God’s prayers and peace be upon him. Then Ammar came and asked for permission, and he said, “Give permission to him, welcoming the perfumed perfume.”
