حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ هَانِئِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ رَجُلًا مَذَّاءً فَإِذَا أَمْذَيْتُ اغْتَسَلْتُ فَأَمَرْتُ الْمِقْدَادَ فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَضَحِكَ وَقَالَ فِيهِ الْوُضُوءُ.
Aswad bin Amir told us, Israel told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Hani bin Hani, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, who said I was A man had an ablution. When I had an ablution, I took a bath and ordered Al-Miqdad. He asked the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and he laughed and said, “It is ablution.”
