Hadith #45450
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ شَغَلُونَا عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى حَتَّى غَرَبَتْ الشَّمْسُ أَوْ كَادَتْ الشَّمْسُ أَنْ تَغْرُبَ مَلَأَ اللَّهُ أَجْوَافَهُمْ أَوْ قُبُورَهُمْ نَارًا.
Yahya told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Muhammad, on the authority of Ubaidah, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said on the day They occupied us with the middle prayer until the sun set or the sun was about to set.
