Hadith #45500
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ هُبَيْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ التَّخَتُّمِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَعَنْ لُبْسِ الْقَسِّيِّ وَالْمَيَاثِرِ‏.‏
Waki` narrated to us, on the authority of Israel, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Hubayra, on the authority of Ali, who said that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade me from sealing With gold, cloth, and cloaks.
