Musnad Ahmad — Hadith #45501

Waki` told us, on the authority of Israel, and Abd al-Razzaq told us, Israel informed us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Abu Hayya al-Wadi’i, Abd al-Razzaq said On the authority of Abu Hayya, he said: I saw Ali urinated in Al-Rahba and called for water, performed ablution, washed his palms three times, rinsed his mouth and nose three times. He washed his face three times, washed his arms three times, wiped his head, and washed his feet three times, then he got up and drank from the remains of his ablution, then he said I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, doing the same as you saw me do, and I wanted to show it to you.
