Musnad Ahmad — Hadith #45532

Abdullah told us, Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah told me, and Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numayr told us, they said Muhammad bin Fudayl told us, on the authority of Husayn bin Abdul Rahman, on the authority of Saad bin Ubaidah, on the authority of Abi Abdul Rahman Al-Sulami, he said: I heard Ali, may God be pleased with him, say The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent me, Abu Murthad, and Al-Zubayr bin Al-Awwam, all of us knights. He said, “Go until you come to Rawdat Khakh.” This is what Ibn Abi Shaybah said about Khakh, and Ibn Numayr said about his hadith, Rawdah, such and such, and Affan told us, Khalid told us, on the authority of Husayn. Likewise, he said, “Rawdat Khakh.”
