Hadith #45662
Yazid told us, Zakaria told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Harith, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him. He said, “Indeed, you recite {after A bequest made or a debt} And the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, settled the debt before the will, and the notables of the mother’s children They inherit apart from the children of ‘alat. A man inherits from his brother to his father and to his mother rather than his brother to his father.
