Hadith #45663
Yazid told us, Mas’ar told us, on the authority of Abd al-Malik ibn Maysara, on the authority of al-Nazzal ibn Sabrah, he said: A vessel of water was brought to Ali and he drank. And he was standing. Then he said, “I have heard that some people hate for one of them to drink while standing, and I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.” He said hello and did the same as I did, then he took some of it and wiped it off, then he said, “This is the ablution of one who does not perform it.”
