حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنِ النَّزَّالِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ شَرِبَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
Abdullah told us, Abu Abdul Rahman Abdullah bin Omar told us, Ibn Fudayl told us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Abdul Malik bin Maysarah, on the authority of Al-Nazzal bin Sabra, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, that he drank while standing and then said, “This is how I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.” May peace and blessings be upon him
