Musnad Ahmad — Hadith #45805

Muhammad bin Ubaid told us, Muhammad bin Ishaq told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Najih, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Abi Laila, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, who said, when the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, slaughtered his body, he slaughtered thirty with his own hand and ordered me to So I slaughtered all of them, and he said, “Divide their meat among the people, and their skins, and their camels, and do not give any of them to the butcher.”
