Hadith #45850
Yaqoub told us, my father told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ishaq, Abdullah bin Ata bin Ibrahim, the servant of Al-Zubayr on the behalf of his mother, told me, Umm Ata’ found him and said, “By God, it is as if we are looking at Al-Zubair bin Al-Awwam, may God be pleased with him, when he came to us on a mule of his.” White, so he said, O Umm Ata’, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade Muslims from eating more than three of the meats of their ritual sacrifice. He said So I said, “May my father be sacrificed for you, so what do we do with what was given to us?” He said, “As for what is given to you, then it is your business to do with it.”
