عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " قَدْ عَفَوْتُ عَنِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ فَهَاتُوا صَدَقَةً الرِّقَةِ: مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمٌ وَلَيْسَ فِي تِسْعِينَ وَمِائَةٍ شَيْءٌ فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ مِائَتَيْنِ فَفِيهَا خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لأبي دَاوُد عَن الْحَارِث عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ أَحْسَبُهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " هَاتُوا رُبْعَ الْعُشْرِ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمٌ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى تَتِمَّ مِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ. فَإِذَا كَانَتْ مِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ فَفِيهَا خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ. فَمَا زَادَ فَعَلَى حِسَابِ ذَلِكَ. وَفِي الْغَنَمِ فِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ شَاةً شَاةٌ إِلَى عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَة ز فَإِن زَادَت وَاحِدَة فشاتان إِلَى مِائَتَيْنِ. فَإِن زَادَتْ فَثَلَاثُ شِيَاهٍ إِلَى ثَلَاثِمِائَةٍ فَإِذَا زَادَتْ على ثَلَاث مائَة فَفِي كُلِّ مِائَةٍ شَاةٌ. فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ إِلَّا تِسْعٌ وَثَلَاثُونَ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ فِيهَا شَيْءٌ وَفِي الْبَقَرِ: فِي كُلِّ ثَلَاثِينَ تَبِيعٌ وَفِي الْأَرْبَعين مُسِنَّة وَلَيْسَ على العوامل شَيْء "

On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “I have pardoned the horses and the slaves, so give them alms.” Al-Raqqah: from all Forty dirhams is a dirham, but there is nothing in the hundred and ninety dirhams. If it reaches two hundred, then there are five dirhams in it.” He narrated it Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud, and in a narration by Abu Dawud on the authority of Al-Harith, on the authority of Ali, Zuhair said: I think it is on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he said: Give a quarter of a tenth of every forty dirhams, and you do not owe anything until you complete two hundred dirhams, so if it is two hundred A dirham, so there are five dirhams in it. Whatever he added, he paid on that account. And among sheep, for every forty sheep, there is one to twenty sheep, and one hundred zines, and if it increases by one, then two lambs, up to two hundred. If it is more than three sheep, then for every hundred sheep, then for every hundred sheep. If only it were not And in the case of cows: for every thirty-nine you sell, and for forty there is no obligation upon the workers.
