Hadith #48994
وَعَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي زَكَاةِ الْكُرُومِ: «إِنَّهَا تُخْرَصُ كَمَا تُخْرَصُ النَّخْلُ ثُمَّ تُؤَدَّى زَكَاتُهُ زَبِيبًا كَمَا تُؤَدَّى زَكَاةُ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Attab bin Asid, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said regarding the zakat on vineyards: “It should be harvested just as palm trees are harvested, then the zakat on it should be paid.” raisins, just as the zakat on palm trees is paid as dates.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawood
