Hadith #49002
وَعَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقْطَعَ لِبِلَالِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْمُزَنِيِّ معادن الْقبلية وَهِيَ مِنْ نَاحِيَةِ الْفُرْعِ فَتِلْكَ الْمَعَادِنُ لَا تُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا إِلَّا الزَّكَاةُ إِلَى الْيَوْمِ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
And on the authority of Rabi’ah bin Abi Abd al-Rahman, on the authority of more than one person: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, cut off minerals for Bilal bin al-Harith al-Muzani. From the tribal side, which is the branch, only zakat is taken from these minerals to this day. Narrated by Abu Dawood
