عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ فَقَالَ لِأَبِي رَافِعٍ: اصْحَبْنِي كَيْمَا تُصِيبُ مِنْهَا. فَقَالَ: لَا حَتَّى أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَسْأَلَهُ. فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ: «إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا وَإِنَّ مَوَالِيَ الْقَوْمِ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Abu Rafi’ that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, sent a man from Banu Makhzum to provide charity, and he said to Abu Rafi’: Accompany me so that you may From her. He said: No, until the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came and asked him. So he went to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace He greeted him and asked him, and he said: “Charity is not permissible for us, and the people’s friends are from themselves.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, and Al-Nasa’i.
