Hadith #49312
On the authority of Aisha: When the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, went to bed every night, he would bring his palms together, then blow on them and recite in them: (Say, He is God. Uhud) and (Say I seek refuge in the Lord of creation) and (Say I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind) Then he wipes with them as much of his body as he can, starting with them on his head. And his face and the front part of his body do that three times.” And we will mention the hadith of Ibn Masoud: When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was captured. In the chapter on the ascension, God willing
