Hadith #49412
وَعَنْ سَلْمَانَ الْفَارِسِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَرُدُّ الْقَضَاءَ إِلَّا الدُّعَاءُ وَلَا يَزِيدُ فِي الْعُمْرِ إِلَّا الْبر» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Salman Al-Farisi, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Nothing can avert judgment except supplication, and nothing can increase one’s lifespan except righteousness.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
