Mishkat al-Masabih — Hadith #49562
Hadith #49562
On his authority, he said: Abu Bakr said: I said, O Messenger of God, tell me something to say in the morning and in the evening. He said: “Say, O God, Knower of the Unseen.” And the testimony is the Creator of the heavens and the earth, Lord of everything and its Sovereign. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of myself and from the evil of Satan and his company, say it in the morning, and in the evening, and when you take your rest. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Al-Darimi.
