Hadith #50531
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِقْصًا فِي عَبْدٍ أُعْتِقَ كُلُّهُ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ اسْتَسْعَى الْبعد غير مشقوق عَلَيْهِ»
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever frees part of a slave will be freed completely, if he has money; if not He has wealth that he can enjoy without difficulty.”
