وَعَن أبي بكرِ بنِ أبي مريمَ قَالَ: كَانَتْ لِمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ جَارِيَةٌ تَبِيعُ اللَّبَنَ وَيَقْبِضُ الْمِقْدَامُ ثَمَنَهُ فَقِيلَ لَهُ: سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ أَتَبِيعُ اللَّبَنَ؟ وَتَقْبِضُ الثَّمَنَ؟ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ وَمَا بَأْسٌ بِذَلِكَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَيَأْتِيَنَّ عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ لَا يَنْفَعُ فِيهِ إِلَّا الدِّينَارُ وَالدِّرْهَم» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد
On the authority of Abu Bakr bin Abi Maryam, he said: Miqdam bin Maadi Karb had a slave girl who sold milk, and Miqdam received its price, and it was said to him: Glory be to God, shall I sell it? Milk? And you collect the price? He said: Yes, and there is no harm in that. I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “They will come.” For people there is a time when only the dinar and the coinage will be useful. "Narrated by Ahmad
