Hadith #49973
On the authority of Jabir, he said: A slave came and pledged allegiance to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, upon emigration, and he did not feel that he was a slave, so his master came and wanted him, and he said to him The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, “with his own eyes,” so he bought him for two black slaves, and he did not pledge allegiance to anyone after him until he asked him. Whether he is a slave or a free man. Narrated by Muslim
