Hadith #49997
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِي. مُتَّفِقٌ عَلَيْهِ
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِمُسْلِمٍ: نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى تَزْهُوَ وَعَنِ السنبل حَتَّى يبيض ويأمن العاهة
On the authority of Abdullah bin Omar: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade the sale of fruits until their goodness appeared. He forbade the buyer and seller. Agreed upon
And in a narration by Muslim: He forbade the sale of palm trees until they blossomed, and of ears of corn until they became white and prevented from becoming defective.
