Hadith #50037
On the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If the two sales differ, then the opinion is the seller’s opinion.” And what is bought with an option.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, and in the narration of Ibn Majah and Al-Darimi, he said: “If the two sales differ and the thing sold stands In person and there is no evidence between them, so the word is what the seller said, or they intend to sell.”
