عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَغْلَقُ الرَّهْنُ الرَّهْنَ مِنْ صَاحِبِهِ الَّذِي رَهَنَهُ لَهُ غنمه وَعَلِيهِ غرمه» . رَوَاهُ الشَّافِعِي مُرْسلا
وَرُوِيَ مثله أَو مثل مَعْنَاهُ لَا يُخَالف عَنهُ عَن أبي هُرَيْرَة مُتَّصِلا
On the authority of Sa`id ibn al-Musayyab that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The mortgage is not closed by its owner who mortgaged it to him with his sheep and for him. He fined him.” It was narrated by Al-Shafi’i on a mursal report
A similar or similar meaning was narrated, the meaning of which is not different from it, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, connected to it.
