Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3080
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَا مَعْشَرَ الشَّبَابِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمُ الْبَاءَةَ فَلْيَتَزَوَّجْ فَإِنَّهُ أَغَضُّ لِلْبَصَرِ وَأَحْصَنُ لِلْفَرْجِ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَعَلَيْهِ بِالصَّوْمِ فَإِنَّهُ لَهُ وِجَاءٌ»
On the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “O young men, whoever of you is able to marry, let him get married.” For it is more pleasing to one’s eyes and a better part of one’s chastity. And whoever is not able to do so should fast, for it is a reward for him.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3081
وَعَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَ: رَدَّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى عُثْمَان ابْن مَظْعُونٍ التَّبَتُّلَ وَلَوْ أَذِنَ لَهُ لَاخْتَصَيْنَا
On the authority of Saad bin Abi Waqqas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, responded to Uthman ibn Mazun’s celibacy, and if he had given him permission, we would have been isolated.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3082
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
" تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ لِأَرْبَعٍ: لِمَالِهَا وَلِحَسَبِهَا وَلِجَمَالِهَا وَلِدِينِهَا فَاظْفَرْ بِذَات الدّين تربت يداك "
" تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ لِأَرْبَعٍ: لِمَالِهَا وَلِحَسَبِهَا وَلِجَمَالِهَا وَلِدِينِهَا فَاظْفَرْ بِذَات الدّين تربت يداك "
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said:
“A woman is married for four reasons: for her money, for her lineage, for her beauty, and for her religion, so choose the one who is religious, may your hands be blessed.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3083
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الدُّنْيَا كُلُّهَا مَتَاعٌ وَخَيْرُ مَتَاعِ الدُّنْيَا الْمَرْأَة الصَّالِحَة» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The whole world is enjoyment, and the best enjoyment in the world is a righteous woman.” Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3084
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «خَيْرُ نسَاء ركبن الْإِبِل صَالح نسَاء قُرَيْش أَحْنَاهُ عَلَى وَلَدٍ فِي صِغَرِهِ وَأَرْعَاهُ عَلَى زَوْجٍ فِي ذَاتِ يَدِهِ»
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The best of the women who rode camels was the one who was the best among the women of Quraysh. He was kind to a child when he was young and took care of him. A pair in the same hand.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3085
وَعَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدِي فِتْنَةً أَضَرَّ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ من النِّسَاء»
On the authority of Osama bin Zaid, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “I have not left behind me a temptation more harmful to men than women.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3086
وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «إِنَّ الدُّنْيَا حُلْوَةٌ خَضِرَةٌ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ مُسْتَخْلِفُكُمْ فِيهَا فَيَنْظُرُ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ فَاتَّقُوا الدُّنْيَا وَاتَّقُوا النِّسَاءَ فَإِنَّ أَوَّلَ فِتْنَةِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَانَتْ فِي النِّسَاء» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Indeed, the world is sweet and green, and God is your successor in it.” So he will see how you act, so fear the world and fear women, for the first temptation of the Children of Israel was with women.” Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3087
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الشُّؤْمُ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ وَالدَّارِ وَالْفَرَسِ» . مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ:
" الشُّؤْمُ فِي ثَلَاثَة: فِي الْمَرْأَة والمسكن وَالدَّابَّة "
" الشُّؤْمُ فِي ثَلَاثَة: فِي الْمَرْأَة والمسكن وَالدَّابَّة "
On the authority of Ibn Omar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Bad badness is in the woman, the house, and the horse.” agreed. And in a narration:
“Bad badness is found in three things: a woman, a dwelling, and an animal.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3088
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ: قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزْوَةِ فَلَمَّا قَفَلْنَا كُنَّا قَرِيبًا مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي حَدِيثُ عَهْدٍ بعرس قَالَ: «تَزَوَّجْتَ؟» قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: «أَبِكْرٌ أَمْ ثَيِّبٌ؟» قُلْتُ: بَلْ ثَيِّبٌ قَالَ: «فَهَلَّا بِكْرًا تلاعبها وتلاعبك» . فَلَمَّا قدمنَا لِنَدْخُلَ فَقَالَ: «أَمْهِلُوا حَتَّى نَدْخُلَ لَيْلًا أَيْ عشَاء لكَي تمتشط الشعثة وتستحد المغيبة»
On the authority of Jabir: He said: We were with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, on a campaign, and when we stopped, we were close to Medina. I said: O Messenger of God, I am a hadith. A wedding covenant. He said: “Did you get married?” I said: Yes. He said: “Is she a virgin or a young woman?” I said: Rather, Thayb said: “So come on, virgin, play with her and play with you.” When we came to go in, he said: “Give time until we enter at night, that is, dinner, so that the disheveled hair can be combed out and the evening sundown may be refreshed.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3089
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
" ثَلَاثَةٌ حَقٌّ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَوْنُهُمْ: الْمُكَاتَبُ الَّذِي يُرِيدُ الْأَدَاءَ وَالنَّاكِحُ الَّذِي يُرِيدُ الْعَفَافَ وَالْمُجَاهِدُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَالنَّسَائِيّ وَابْن مَاجَه
" ثَلَاثَةٌ حَقٌّ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَوْنُهُمْ: الْمُكَاتَبُ الَّذِي يُرِيدُ الْأَدَاءَ وَالنَّاكِحُ الَّذِي يُرِيدُ الْعَفَافَ وَالْمُجَاهِدُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَالنَّسَائِيّ وَابْن مَاجَه
On the authority of Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said:
“There are three rights that God has the right to help them: the one who seeks obedience, the one who is married, the one who desires chastity, and the one who strives in the path of God.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Al-Nasa’i, and Ibn Majah

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3090
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا خَطَبَ إِلَيْكُمْ مَنْ تَرْضَوْنَ دِينَهُ وَخُلُقَهُ فَزَوِّجُوهُ إِنْ لَا تَفْعَلُوهُ تَكُنْ فِتَنَةٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَفَسَادٌ عَرِيضٌ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If someone whose religion and character are pleasing to you proposes to you, then marry him if you do not do so.” “There will be strife in the land and widespread corruption.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3091
وَعَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «تَزَوَّجُوا الْوَدُودَ الْوَلُودَ فَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الْأُمَم» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Maqil bin Yasar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Marry the loving and fertile, for I will multiply the nations through you.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Al-Nasa’i

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3092
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَالِمِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ عُوَيْمِ بْنِ سَاعِدَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْأَبْكَارِ فَإِنَّهُنَّ أَعْذَبُ أَفْوَاهًا وَأَنْتَقُ أَرْحَامًا وَأَرْضَى بِالْيَسِيرِ» . رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَه مُرْسلا
On the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Salim bin Utbah bin Uwaym bin Sa`idah al-Ansari, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “You should choose the virgins, for they are the sweetest of mouths, the most selective of the wombs, and the ones who are satisfied with the little.” Narrated by Ibn Majah mursal

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3093
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَمْ تَرَ لِلْمُتَحَابِّينَ مثل النِّكَاح» . رَوَاهُ ابْن مَاجَه
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “You have never seen anything like marriage for those who love one another.” Narrated by Ibn Majah

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3094
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَلْقَى الله طَاهِرا مطهراً فليتزوج الْحَرَائِر» . رَوَاهُ ابْن مَاجَه
On the authority of Anas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever wants to meet God, pure and purified, let him marry free women.” Narrated by Ibn Majah

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3095
وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ يَقُولُ: «مَا اسْتَفَادَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بَعْدَ تَقْوَى اللَّهِ خَيْرًا لَهُ مِنْ زَوْجَةٍ صَالِحَةٍ إِنْ أَمْرَهَا أَطَاعَتْهُ وَإِنْ نَظَرَ إِلَيْهَا سرته وَإِن أقسم عَلَيْهِ أَبَرَّتْهُ وَإِنْ غَابَ عَنْهَا نَصَحَتْهُ فِي نَفْسِهَا وَمَاله» . روى ابْن مَاجَه الْأَحَادِيث الثَّلَاثَة
On the authority of Abu Umamah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he said: “No believer has benefited from fear of God better for him than a righteous wife. She obeys his command, and if he looks at her she pleases him, and if he swears to him she fulfills him, and if he is absent from her, she advises him regarding herself and his wealth.” Ibn narrated What are the three hadiths?

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3096
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ فَقَدِ اسْتَكْمَلَ نِصْفَ الدِّينِ فَلْيَتَّقِ اللَّهَ فِي النِّصْفِ الْبَاقِي»
On the authority of Anas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If a servant marries, he has completed half of the debt, so let him fear God with regard to the remaining half.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3097
وَعَن عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ أَعْظَمَ النِّكَاحِ بَرَكَةً أَيْسَرُهُ مُؤْنَةً» . رَوَاهُمَا الْبَيْهَقِيّ فِي شعب الْإِيمَان
On the authority of Aisha, she said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The greatest blessing of marriage is the easiest of its provisions.” Al-Bayhaqi narrated them in Shu’ab al-Iman

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3098
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ قَالَ: «فَانْظُرْ إِلَيْهَا فَإِنَّ فِي أَعْيُنِ الْأَنْصَارِ شَيْئًا» . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: A man came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: I married a woman from the Ansar. He said: “Then look at her. “Something in the eyes of the Ansar.” Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3099
وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تُبَاشِرُ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَتَنْعَتُهَا لِزَوْجِهَا كَأَنَّهُ ينظر إِلَيْهَا»
On the authority of Ibn Masoud, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “A woman should not have sexual intercourse with another woman if she curses her.” to her husband as if he were looking at her.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3100
وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَنْظُرُ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى عَوْرَةِ الرَّجُلِ وَلَا الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَى عَوْرَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَلَا يُفْضِي الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ وَلَا تُفْضِي الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَى الْمَرْأَةِ فِي ثوب وَاحِد» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Abu Saeed, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “A man does not look at the private parts of a man, nor does a woman look at the private parts of a woman.” A man should not join another man in one garment, and a woman should not intercourse with a woman in one garment.” Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3101
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِلَّا لَا يبتن رَجُلٌ عِنْدَ امْرَأَةٍ ثَيِّبٍ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ ناكحا أَو ذَا محرم» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Jabir, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “No man should go to bed with a married woman unless he is married.” Or that is Muharram? Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3102
وَعَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِيَّاكُمْ وَالدُّخُولَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ الْحَمْوَ؟ قَالَ: «الْحَمْوُ الْمَوْتُ»
On the authority of Uqba bin Amir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Beware of entering upon women.” A man said: O Messenger of God, have you seen The father-in-law? He said: “The father-in-law is death.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3103
وَعَن جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ اسْتَأْذَنَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فِي الْحِجَامَةِ فَأَمَرَ أَبَا طَيْبَةَ أَنْ يَحْجُمَهَا قَالَ: حَسِبْتُ أَنَّهُ كَانَ أَخَاهَا مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ أَو غُلَاما لم يَحْتَلِم. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Jabir: Umm Salamah asked the Messenger of God for permission to perform cupping, so he ordered Abu Taybah to do cupping for her. He said: I thought that he was her brother among the Breastfeeding or a boy who has not had a wet dream. Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3104
وَعَن جرير بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ: سَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ نَظَرِ الْفُجَاءَةِ فَأمرنِي أَن أصرف بَصرِي. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Jarir bin Abdullah, he said: I asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, about the sudden sight, and he ordered me to avert my gaze. Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3105
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ تُقْبِلُ فِي صُورَةِ شَيْطَانٍ وَتُدْبِرُ فِي صُورَةِ شَيْطَانٍ إِذَا أَحَدَكُمْ أَعْجَبَتْهُ الْمَرْأَةُ فَوَقَعَتْ فِي قَلْبِهِ فَلْيَعْمِدْ إِلَى امْرَأَتِهِ فَلْيُوَاقِعْهَا فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يَرُدُّ مَا فِي نَفسه» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “A woman approaches in the form of a devil and turns away in the form of a devil when one of you The woman liked him and it fell into his heart, so let him go to his wife and have intercourse with her, for that will restore what is in his soul.” Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3106
عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا خَطَبَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَإِنِ اسْتَطَاعَ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى مَا يَدْعُوهُ إِلَى نِكَاحهَا فَلْيفْعَل» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If one of you proposes marriage to a woman, then if he is able to look at what they are inviting him to, Let him marry her.” Narrated by Abu Dawood

Mishkat al-Masabih # 13/3107
وَعَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ خَطَبْتُ امْرَأَةً فَقَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «هَلْ نَظَرْتَ إِلَيْهَا؟» قُلْتُ: لَا قَالَ: «فَانْظُرْ إِلَيْهَا فَإِنَّهُ أَحْرَى أَنْ يُؤْدَمَ بَيْنَكُمَا» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ
On the authority of Al-Mughirah bin Shu’bah, he said: I proposed to a woman, and the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said to me: “Have you looked at her?” I said: No. He said: “Then look at it, for it is more likely that there will be harmony between you.” Narrated by Ahmad, Al-Tirmidhi, Al-Nasa’i, Ibn Majah, and Al-Darimi.

وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ امْرَأَةً فَأَعْجَبَتْهُ فَأَتَى سَوْدَةَ وَهِيَ تَصْنَعُ طِيبًا وَعِنْدَهَا نِسَاءٌ فَأَخْلَيْنَهُ فَقَضَى حَاجَتَهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ رَأَى امْرَأَةً تُعْجِبُهُ فَلْيَقُمْ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ فَإِنَّ مَعَهَا مثل الَّذِي مَعهَا» . رَوَاهُ الدَّارمِيّ

وَعَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ: أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَيْمُونَةُ إِذْ أقبل ابْن مَكْتُومٍ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «احْتَجِبَا مِنْهُ» فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَيْسَ هُوَ أَعْمَى لَا يُبْصِرُنَا؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَفَعَمْيَاوَانِ أَنْتُمَا؟ أَلَسْتُمَا تُبْصِرَانِهِ؟» رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد

وَعَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «احْفَظْ عَوْرَتَكَ إِلَّا مِنْ زَوْجَتِكَ أَو مَا ملكت يَمِينك» فَقلت: يَا رَسُول الله أَفَرَأَيْت إِن كَانَ الرَّجُلُ خَالِيًا؟ قَالَ: «فَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَنْ يستحيى مِنْهُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ

وَعَنْ جَابِرٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تَلِجُوا عَلَى الْمُغَيَّبَاتِ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَجْرِي مِنْ أَحَدِكُمْ مَجْرَى الدَّمِ» قُلْنَا: وَمِنْكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: «وَمِنِّي وَلَكِنَّ الله أعانني عَلَيْهِ فَأسلم» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَى فَاطِمَةَ بِعَبْدٍ قَدْ وَهَبَهُ لَهَا وَعَلَى فَاطِمَةَ ثَوْبٌ إِذَا قَنَّعَتْ بِهِ رَأْسَهَا لَمْ يَبْلُغْ رِجْلَيْهَا وَإِذَا غَطَّتْ بِهِ رِجْلَيْهَا لَمْ يَبْلُغْ رَأْسَهَا فَلَمَّا رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا تَلْقَى قَالَ: «إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ عَلَيْكِ بَأْسٌ إِنَّمَا هُوَ أَبُوكِ وغلامك» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
And on the authority of Anas that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, brought Fatima a slave whom he had given to her, and Fatima had to wear a garment that, if she covered her head with it, would not It reaches her feet, but if she covers her feet with it, it does not reach her head. عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ عِنْدَهَا وَفِي الْبَيْتِ مُخَنَّثٌ فَقَالَ: لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ أَخِي أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ: يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ إِنْ فَتَحَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ غَدًا الطَّائِفَ فَإِنِّي أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى ابْنَةِ غَيْلَانَ فَإِنَّهَا تُقْبِلُ بِأَرْبَعٍ وَتُدْبِرُ بِثَمَانٍ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يدخلن هَؤُلَاءِ عَلَيْكُم»
On the authority of Umm Salamah: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was with her and there was an effeminate person in the house, so he said to Abdullah bin Abi Umayyah, the brother of Umm Salamah: Oh Abdullah, if God opens Taif for you tomorrow, then I will direct you to the daughter of Ghaylan, for she approaches with four faces and turns back.

وَعَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ قَالَ حَمَلْتُ حَجَرًا ثقيلاً فَبينا أَنَا أَمْشِي سَقَطَ عَنِّي ثَوْبِي فَلَمْ أَسْتَطِعْ أَخْذَهُ فَرَآنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لِي: «خُذْ عَلَيْكَ ثَوْبَكَ وَلَا تَمْشُوا عُرَاة» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم

وَعَنِ الْحَسَنِ مُرْسَلًا قَالَ: بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَعَنَ اللَّهُ النَّاظِرَ وَالْمَنْظُورَ إِلَيْهِ» . رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي شُعَبِ الْإِيمَانِ

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تُنْكَحُ الْأَيِّمُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْمَرَ وَلَا تُنْكَحُ الْبِكْرُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْذَنَ» . قَالُوا: يَا رَسُول الله وَكَيف إِذْنهَا؟ قَالَ: «أَن تسكت»
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Do not marry a slave woman until you have been asked to consult her, and do not marry a virgin woman until she has been asked for permission.” They said: O Messenger of God, and how was her permission? He said: “To be silent.”

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْأَيِّمُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا وَالْبِكْرُ تَسْتَأْذِنُ فِي نَفْسِهَا وَإِذْنُهَا صِمَاتُهَا» . وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: قَالَ: «الثَّيِّبُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ وَإِذْنُهَا سُكُوتُهَا» . وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: قَالَ: «الثَّيِّبُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا وَالْبِكْرُ يَسْتَأْذِنُهَا أَبُوهَا فِي نَفْسِهَا وَإِذْنُهَا صِمَاتُهَا» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The slave woman has more right to herself than her guardian, and the virgin must ask permission for herself.” And her ear is her deaf.” And in a narration: He said: “A married woman has more right to herself than her guardian, and a virgin should be appointed, and her permission is her silence.” And in a narration: He said: “A married woman has more right to herself than her guardian, and a virgin is required by her father to leave for herself, and her permission is her deaf ears.” Narrated by Muslim

وَعَن خنساء بنت خذام: أَنْ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ ثَيِّبٌ فَكَرِهَتْ ذَلِكَ فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ مَاجَه: نِكَاح أَبِيهَا

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ سَبْعِ سِنِينَ وَزُفَّتْ إِلَيْهِ وَهِيَ بِنْتُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ وَلُعَبُهَا مَعَهَا وَمَاتَ عَنْهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ ثَمَانِيَ عَشْرَةَ. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Aisha, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, married her when she was seven years old, and she was married to him when she was nine years old, and he played with her. He died when she was eighteen years old. Narrated by Muslim
