Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4064
عَن عدِيِّ بنِ حاتِمٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا أَرْسَلْتَ كَلْبَكَ فَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ فَأَدْرَكْتَهُ حَيًّا فَاذْبَحْهُ وَإِنْ أَدْرَكْتَهُ قَدْ قَتَلَ وَلَمْ يَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ فَكُلْهُ وَإِنْ أَكَلَ فَلَا تَأْكُلْ فَإِنَّمَا أَمْسَكَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ فَإِنْ وَجَدْتَ مَعَ كَلْبِكَ كَلْبًا غَيْرَهُ وَقَدْ قَتَلَ فَلَا تَأْكُلْ فَإِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي أَيُّهُمَا قَتَلَ. وَإِذَا رَمَيْتَ بِسَهْمِكَ فَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ غَابَ عَنْكَ يَوْمًا فَلَمْ تَجِدْ فِيهِ إِلَّا أَثَرَ سَهْمِكَ فَكُلْ إِنْ شِئْتَ وَإِنْ وَجَدْتَهُ غَرِيقًا فِي الْمَاءِ فَلَا تأكُلْ»
On the authority of Adi bin Hatim, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to me: “When you send your dog, mention the name of God, and if it catches you and you catch him alive So slaughter it, and if you catch it and it has been killed and has not eaten from it, then eat it, but if it has eaten, then do not eat it, for it is only a kill for itself. You found another dog with your dog and it was killed, so do not eat it, for you do not know which of them was killed. And when you shoot your arrow, mention the name of God. If he is absent from you for a day and you find nothing but the trace of your arrow, then eat if you wish, even if you find him drowned. In the water, do not eat.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4065
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا نُرْسِلُ الْكِلَابَ الْمُعَلَّمَةَ قَالَ: «كُلْ مَا أَمْسَكْنَ عَلَيْكَ» قُلْتُ: وَإِنْ قَتَلْنَ؟ قَالَ: «وَإِنْ قَتَلْنَ» قُلْتُ: إِنَّا نَرْمِي بِالْمِعْرَاضِ. قَالَ: «كُلُّ مَا خزق وَمَا أصَاب بعرضه فَقتله فَإِنَّهُ وقيذ فَلَا تَأْكُل»
On his authority, he said: I said: O Messenger of God, we send teaching dogs. He said: “Eat whatever they catch on you.” I said: Even if they kill? He said: “And if they kill,” I said: We are shooting at the target. He said: “Everything that is pierced and whatever hits its genitals and kills it is a filth, so do not eat it.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4066
وَعَن أبي ثَعْلَبَة الْخُشَنِي قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ إِنَّا بِأَرْضِ قوم أهل كتاب أَفَنَأْكَلُ فِي آنِيَتِهِمْ وَبِأَرْضِ صَيْدٍ أَصِيدُ بِقَوْسِي وَبِكَلْبِي الَّذِي لَيْسَ بِمُعَلَّمٍ وَبِكَلْبِي الْمُعَلَّمِ فَمَا يصلح؟ قَالَ: «أما ذَكَرْتَ مِنْ آنِيَةِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ فَإِنْ وَجَدْتُمْ غَيْرَهَا فَلَا تَأْكُلُوا فِيهَا وَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدُوا فاغسلوها وَكُلُوا فِيهَا وَمَا صِدْتَ بِقَوْسِكَ فَذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَكُلْ وَمَا صِدْتَ بِكَلْبِكَ الْمُعَلَّمِ فَذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَكُلْ وَمَا صِدْتَ بِكَلْبِكَ غَيْرِ معلم فأدركت ذَكَاته فَكل»
On the authority of Abu Tha’labah Al-Khushani, he said: I said: O Prophet of God, we are in the land of a people of the Book. Shall we eat from their utensils, and in a hunting ground I hunt with my bow and with my dog, which He is not a teacher, but my dog is a teacher, so what is suitable? He said: “As for what I mentioned from the vessels of the People of the Book, if you find anything other than it, do not eat.” And if you do not find it, wash it and eat from it. And whatever you shoot with your bow, mention the name of God, eat. And whatever you shoot with your trained dog, eat. You have not caught with your dog anyone other than a teacher, and you have mastered his intelligence and he has eaten.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4067
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا رَمَيْتَ بِسَهْمِكَ فَغَابَ عَنْكَ فَأَدْرَكْتَهُ فَكُلْ مَا لَمْ يُنْتِنْ» . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If you shoot your arrow and it misses you and you catch it, then eat as long as it does not stink.” Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4068
وَعَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي الَّذِي يُدْرِكُ صَيْدَهُ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ: «فكله مَا لم ينتن» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
And on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said regarding one who catches up with his catch after three days: “Eat it unless it stinks.” Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4069
وَعَن عَائِشَة قَالَت: قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ هُنَا أَقْوَامًا حَدِيثٌ عَهْدُهُمْ بِشِرْكٍ يَأْتُونَنَا بِلُحْمَانٍ لَا نَدْرِي أَيَذْكُرُونَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا أَمْ لَا؟ قَالَ: «اذْكُرُوا أَنْتُم اسمَ اللَّهِ وكلوا» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On the authority of Aisha, she said: They said: O Messenger of God, here are people whose covenant has recently been polytheistic. They bring us meat. We do not know whether they mention the name of God. On it or not? He said: “Mention the name of God and eat.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4070
وَعَن أبي الطُّفَيْل قَالَ: سُئِلَ عَليّ: هَلْ خَصَّكُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِشَيْءٍ؟ فَقَالَ: مَا خَصَّنَا بِشَيْءٍ لَمْ يَعُمَّ بِهِ النَّاسَ إِلَّا مَا فِي قِرَابِ سَيْفِي هَذَا فَأَخْرَجَ صَحِيفَةً فِيهَا: «لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ ذَبَحَ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ وَلَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ سَرَقَ مَنَارَ الْأَرْضِ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ مَنْ غَيَّرَ مَنَارَ الْأَرْضِ وَلَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ لَعَنَ وَالِدَهُ وَلَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا» . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
On the authority of Abu al-Tufayl, he said: Ali was asked: Did the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, single you out for anything? He said: He did not single us out for anything that was not known to people except what is in the skin of this sword of mine. So he took out a scroll in which it said: “May God curse whoever slaughters for other than God, and he curses God is the one who stole the lighthouse of the earth and in The narration of the one who changes the light of the earth, and God curses the one who curses his father, and the curse of God the one who harbors an infidel. Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4071
وَعَن رَافع بن خديج قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا لَاقُوا الْعَدُوَّ غَدًا وَلَيْسَتْ مَعَنَا مُدًى أَفَنَذْبَحُ بِالْقَصَبِ؟ قَالَ:
" مَا أَنْهَرَ الدَّمَ وَذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللَّهِ فَكُلْ لَيْسَ السِّنَّ وَالظُّفُرَ وَسَأُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْهُ: أَمَّا السِّنُّ فَعَظْمٌ وَأَمَّا الظُّفُرُ فَمُدَى الْحَبَشِ " وَأَصَبْنَا نَهْبَ إِبِلٍ وَغَنَمٍ فَنَدَّ مِنْهَا بِعِيرٌ فَرَمَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِسَهْمٍ فَحَبَسَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ لِهَذِهِ الْإِبِلِ أَوَابِدَ كَأَوَابِدِ الْوَحْشِ فَإِذَا غَلَبَكُمْ مِنْهَا شَيْءٌ فَافْعَلُوا بِهِ هَكَذَا»
" مَا أَنْهَرَ الدَّمَ وَذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللَّهِ فَكُلْ لَيْسَ السِّنَّ وَالظُّفُرَ وَسَأُحَدِّثُكَ عَنْهُ: أَمَّا السِّنُّ فَعَظْمٌ وَأَمَّا الظُّفُرُ فَمُدَى الْحَبَشِ " وَأَصَبْنَا نَهْبَ إِبِلٍ وَغَنَمٍ فَنَدَّ مِنْهَا بِعِيرٌ فَرَمَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِسَهْمٍ فَحَبَسَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ لِهَذِهِ الْإِبِلِ أَوَابِدَ كَأَوَابِدِ الْوَحْشِ فَإِذَا غَلَبَكُمْ مِنْهَا شَيْءٌ فَافْعَلُوا بِهِ هَكَذَا»
On the authority of Rafi’ bin Khadij, he said: I said: O Messenger of God, we will meet the enemy tomorrow, and we do not have a sharpshooter. Should we sacrifice with a cane? He said: “As long as blood flows and the name of God is mentioned, it is not the tooth and the nail, and I will tell you about it: As for the tooth, it is a bone, and as for the nail, it is the length of a turkey.” We were plundered Camels and sheep. Then a camel ran out of them, and a man shot it with an arrow and caught it. Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “These camels have camels. Like the animals of the wild beast, so if any of them overtakes you, do likewise to it.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4072
وَعَن كعبِ بنِ مَالك أَنه كانَ لَهُ غَنَمٌ تُرْعَى بِسَلْعٍ فَأَبْصَرَتْ جَارِيَةٌ لَنَا بِشَاةٍ مِنْ غَنَمِنَا مَوْتًا فَكَسَرَتْ حَجَرًا فَذَبَحَتْهَا بِهِ فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأمره بأكلها. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On the authority of Ka’b ibn Malik that he had sheep that were grazing with food, and a maid of ours saw one of our sheep die, so she broke a stone, so I slaughtered it with it, so he asked The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, ordered him to eat it. Narrated by Al-Bukhari

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4073
وَعَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى كَتَبَ الْإِحْسَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَإِذَا قَتَلْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا الْقِتْلَةَ وَإِذَا ذَبَحْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا الذَّبْحَ وَلْيُحِدَّ أَحَدُكُمْ شَفْرَتَهُ وَلْيُرِحْ ذَبِيحَتَهُ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Shaddad ibn Aws, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “Indeed, God, Blessed and Most High, has prescribed goodness for everything. If you kill, then kill well, and when you slaughter, slaughter well, and let each one of you sharpen his blade, and let his sacrifice be cleaned.” Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4074
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى أَنْ تُصْبَرَ بهيمةٌ أَو غيرُها للْقَتْل
On the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbidding the use of an animal or other animal to be killed.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4075
وَعَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَعَنَ مَنِ اتَّخَذَ شَيْئًا فِيهِ الرُّوحُ غَرَضًا
And on his authority, the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, cursed whoever takes something that contains the spirit as a purpose.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4076
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تَتَّخِذُوا شَيْئًا فِيهِ الرُّوحُ غَرَضًا» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Do not take anything in which there is a soul as an object.” Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4077
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الضَّرْبِ فِي الْوَجْهِ وَعَنِ الْوَسْمِ فِي الْوَجْه. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade striking in the face and marking in the face. Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4078
وَعَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ عَلَيْهِ حِمَارٌ وَقَدْ وُسِمَ فِي وَجْهِهِ قَالَ: «لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الَّذِي وَسَمَهُ» . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
On his authority, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed by a donkey with a mark on its face. He said: “May God curse the one who marked it.” Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4079
وَعَن أنس قَالَ: غَدَوْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ لِيُحَنِّكَهُ فَوَافَيْتُهُ فِي يَدِهِ الْمِيسَمُ يَسِمُ إِبِلَ الصَّدَقَة
On the authority of Anas, he said: I went to the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, with Abdullah bin Abi Talha to give him the flavor of the spice, and I brought him the mark of a camel in his hand. Charity

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4080
وَعَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ فِي مِرْبَدٍ فَرَأَيْتُهُ يَسِمُ شَاءَ حسبته قَالَ: فِي آذانها
On the authority of Hisham bin Zaid, on the authority of Anas, he said: I entered upon the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, while he was in a shrine, and I saw him whispering what he wanted. I thought he said: In her ears.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4081
عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ أَحَدُنَا أَصَابَ صَيْدًا وَلَيْسَ مَعَهُ سِكِّينٌ أَيَذْبَحُ بِالْمَرْوَةِ وَشِقَّةِ الْعَصَا؟ فَقَالَ: «أَمْرِرِ الدَّمَ بِمَ شِئْتَ وَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Adi bin Hatem, he said: I said, O Messenger of God, did you see one of us hunting a game animal and not having a knife? Should he slaughter it with a bow and a stick? He said: “Circe the blood as you wish and mention the name of God.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Al-Nasa’i

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4082
وَعَن أبي العُشَراءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَمَا تَكُونُ الذَّكَاةُ إِلَّا فِي الْحَلْقِ وَاللَّبَّةِ؟ فَقَالَ: «لَوْ طَعَنْتَ فِي فَخِذِهَا لَأَجْزَأَ عَنْكَ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ وَقَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: وَهَذِهِ ذَكَاةُ الْمُتَرَدِّي وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا فِي الضَّرُورَة
On the authority of Abu Al-Ashra’, on the authority of his father, that he said: O Messenger of God, is the zakat only applicable to the throat and scalp? He said: “If you had stabbed her in the thigh, that would be sufficient for you.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i, Ibn Majah, and Al-Darimi, and Abu Dawud said: This is the death penalty for the one who apostates. Al-Tirmidhi said: This is necessary.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4083
وَعَن عدي بن حَاتِم أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَا عَلَّمْتَ مِنْ كَلْبٍ أَوْ بَازٍ ثُمَّ أَرْسَلْتَهُ وَذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَكُلْ مِمَّا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ» . قُلْتُ: وَإِنْ قَتَلَ؟ قَالَ: «إِذَا قَتَلَهُ وَلَمْ يَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَإِنَّمَا أَمْسَكَهُ عَلَيْكَ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Adi bin Hatim that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whatever dog or falcon you catch and then send back and mention the name of God, then eat whatever they catch for you.” I said: And if he kills? He said: “If he killed it and did not eat any of it, then he only kept it for you.” Narrated by Abu Dawood

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4084
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرْمِي الصَّيْدَ فَأَجِدُ فِيهِ مِنَ الْغَدِ سَهْمِي قَالَ: «إِذَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ سَهْمَكَ قَتَلَهُ وَلَمْ تَرَ فِيهِ أَثَرَ سَبُعٍ فَكُلْ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
On his authority, he said: I said: O Messenger of God, shoot the game and find in it the next day my arrow. He said: “If you knew that your arrow killed it and you did not see a trace of it Seven, then eat.” Narrated by Abu Dawood

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4085
وَعَن جابرٍ قَالَ: نُهِينَا عَنْ صَيْدِ كَلْبِ الْمَجُوسِ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Jabir, he said: We were forbidden from hunting the dogs of the Magians. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4086
وَعَن أبي ثَعْلَبَة الْخُشَنِي قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا أَهْلُ سفر تمر الْيَهُود وَالنَّصَارَى وَالْمَجُوسِ فَلَا نَجِدُ غَيْرَ آنِيَتِهِمْ قَالَ: «فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدُوا غَيْرَهَا فَاغْسِلُوهَا بِالْمَاءِ ثُمَّ كلوا فِيهَا وَاشْرَبُوا» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Abu Tha`labah al-Khushani, he said: I said: O Messenger of God, we are the people of the Jews, Christians, and Magians on a journey of dates, and we do not find anything other than their utensils. He said: “Then if no If you find anything else, wash it with water, then eat and drink from it.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4087
وَعَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ هُلْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ طَعَامِ النَّصَارَى وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ طَعَامًا أَتَحَرَّجُ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ: «لَا يَتَخَلَّجَنَّ فِي صَدْرِكَ شَيْءٌ ضَارَعْتَ فِيهِ النَّصْرَانِيَّة» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Qabisa bin Hilab, on the authority of his father, he said: I asked the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, about the food of Christians. And in a narration: A man asked him and he said: Some of the food was something I was embarrassed about. He said: “Do not let anything in your heart that resembles Christianity come to your mind.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Abu David

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4088
وَعَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أَكْلِ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ وهيَ الَّتِي تُصْبَرُ بالنَّبلِ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Abu Al-Darda’, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade the eating of Al-Mujathama, which is the one that is stabbed with arrows. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi

Mishkat al-Masabih # 20/4089
وَعَنِ الْعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنْ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَعَنْ كُلِّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ وَعَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ وَعَنِ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ وَعَنِ الْخَلِيسَةِ وَأَنْ تُوطَأَ الْحَبَالَى حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى: سُئِلَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنِ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ فَقَالَ: أَنْ يُنْصَبَ الطَّيْرُ أَوِ الشَّيْءُ فَيُرْمَى وَسُئِلَ عَنِ الْخَلِيسَةِ فَقَالَ: الذِّئْبُ أَوِ السَّبُعُ يُدْرِكُهُ الرَّجُلُ فَيَأْخُذُ مِنْهُ فَيَمُوتُ فِي يَدِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يذكيها. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Al-Irbad bin Sariyah, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade on the Day of Khaybar any fanged wild animal and any clawed animal. birds, and from the meat of domestic donkeys, and from roosting animals, and from marrows, and that pregnant women should have intercourse with them until they give birth to what is in them. وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ شَرِيطَةِ الشَّيْطَانِ. زَادَ ابْنُ عِيسَى: هِيَ الذَّبِيحَةُ يُقْطَعُ مِنْهَا الْجِلْدُ وَلَا تُفْرَى الْأَوْدَاجُ ثُمَّ تُتْرَكُ حَتَّى تَمُوتَ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد

وَعَن أبي سعيدٍ الخدريِّ قَالَ: قُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نَنْحَرُ النَّاقَةَ ونذبح الْبَقَرَة وَالشَّاة فنجد فِي بَطنهَا جَنِينا أَنُلْقِيهِ أَمْ نَأْكُلُهُ؟ قَالَ: «كُلُوهُ إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَإِنَّ ذَكَاتَهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْن مَاجَه
On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, he said: We said: O Messenger of God, shall we slaughter the she-camel and slaughter the cow and the sheep, and we will find a fetus in its womb? Should we throw it away or eat it? He said: “Eat him if you wish, for his slaughtered animal is the slaughtered animal of his mother.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ قَتَلَ عُصْفُورًا فَمَا فَوْقَهَا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا سَأَلَهُ اللَّهُ عَنْ قَتْلِهِ» قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا حَقُّهَا؟ قَالَ: «أَنْ يَذْبَحَهَا فَيَأْكُلَهَا وَلَا يَقْطَعَ رَأْسَهَا فَيَرْمِيَ بِهَا» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد وَالنَّسَائِيّ والدرامي

عَن أبي وَافد اللَّيْثِيّ قَالَ: قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَدِينَةَ وَهُمْ يَجُبُّونَ أَسْنِمَةَ الْإِبِلِ وَيَقْطَعُونَ أَلْيَاتِ الْغَنَمِ فَقَالَ: «مَا يُقْطَعُ مِنَ الْبَهِيمَةِ وَهِيَ حَيَّةٌ فَهِيَ مَيْتَةٌ لَا تُؤْكَلُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد

عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي حَارِثَةَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَرْعَى لِقْحَةً بِشِعْبٍ مِنْ شِعَابِ أُحُدٍ فَرَأَى بِهَا الْمَوْتَ فَلَمْ يَجِدْ مَا يَنْحَرُهَا بِهِ فَأَخَذَ وَتِدًا فَوَجَأَ بِهِ فِي لَبَّتِهَا حَتَّى أَهْرَاقَ دَمَهَا ثُمَّ أَخْبَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَهُ بِأَكْلِهَا. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَمَالِكٌ وَفِي رِوَايَته: قَالَ: فذكاها بشظاظ
On the authority of Ata’ ibn Yasar, on the authority of a man from Banu Haritha, that he was tending to a pollen on one of the groves of Uhud, and he saw death in it and found nothing. He slaughtered her with it, so he took a stake and plunged it into her throat until her blood was shed. Then he informed the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he ordered him to do so. By eating it. Narrated by Abu Dawud and Malik, and in his narration: He said: So he slaughtered her with a fragment.

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «مَا من دَابَّة إِلَّا وَقَدْ ذَكَّاهَا اللَّهُ لِبَنِي آدَمَ» . رَوَاهُ الدَّارَقُطْنِيّ

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «مَنِ اقْتَنَى كَلْبًا إِلَّا كَلْبَ مَاشِيَةٍ أَوْ ضَارٍ نَقَصَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطَانِ»
On the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever keeps a dog, whether a livestock dog or a predatory dog, his work will be reduced every day.” two carats

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «من اتَّخَذَ كَلْبًا إِلَّا كَلْبَ مَاشِيَةٍ أَوْ صَيْدٍ أَو زرعٍ انتقَصَ منْ أجرِه كلَّ يومٍ قِيرَاط»
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever takes a dog, other than a dog for livestock, hunting, or farming, a Qirat will be deducted from his reward every day.”

وَعَن جَابر قَالَ: أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ حَتَّى إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ تَقْدَمُ منَ البادِيةِ بكلبِها فتقتلَه ثُمَّ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ قَتْلِهَا وَقَالَ: «عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْأَسْوَدِ الْبَهِيمِ ذِي النقطتين فَإِنَّهُ شَيْطَان» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, ordered us to kill dogs, to the point that a woman would come from the desert with her dog and kill it. Then the Messenger forbade May God’s prayers and peace be upon him about killing her, and he said: “You should look for the black and white one with two spots, for it is Satan.” Narrated by Muslim

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ إِلَّا كَلْبَ صيدٍ أَو كلب غنم أَو مَاشِيَة
On the authority of Ibn Umar, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, ordered the killing of dogs, except for a hunting dog or a sheep or livestock dog.

عَن عبد الله بنِ مُغفَّلٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَوْلَا أَنَّ الْكِلَابَ أُمَّةٌ مِنَ الْأُمَمِ لَأَمَرْتُ بِقَتْلِهَا كُلِّهَا فَاقْتُلُوا مِنْهَا كُلَّ أَسْوَدَ بَهِيمٍ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ وَزَادَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ: «وَمَا مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ يَرْتَبِطُونَ كَلْبًا إِلَّا نَقَصَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِمْ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطٌ إِلَّا كَلْبَ صَيْدٍ أَوْ كَلْبَ حَرْثٍ أَوْ كَلْبَ غنم»
On the authority of Abdullah bin Mughaffal, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “If dogs were not one of the nations, I would have ordered them all to be killed, so kill every one of them.” Black and brute.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Al-Darimi, and Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Nasa’i added: “And there are no members of a household who are related to each other.” A dog is subtracted from their work every day, except a hunting dog, or a plowing dog, or a sheep dog.”

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ وَأَذِنَ فِي لُحُومِ الْخَيْلِ

وَعَن أبي قتادةَ أَنَّهُ رَأَى حِمَارًا وَحْشِيًّا فَعَقَرَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «هَلْ مَعَكُمْ مِنْ لَحْمِهِ شَيْءٌ؟» قَالَ: مَعَنَا رِجْلُهُ فَأَخَذَهَا فَأَكَلَهَا
On the authority of Abu Qatada, he saw a wild donkey and licked it, and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Do you have any of its meat?” He said: His man was with us, so he took it and ate it.

وَعَن أنس قَالَ: أَنْفَجْنَا أَرْنَبًا بِمَرِّ الظَّهْرَانِ فَأَخَذْتُهَا فَأَتَيْتُ بهَا أَبَا طلحةَ فذبحها وَبَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بوَرِكِها وفخذْيها فقبِله

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الضَّبُّ لَسْتُ آكُلُهُ وَلَا أُحَرِّمُهُ»
On the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “I do not eat the lizard, nor do I prohibit it.”

وَعَن ابنِ عبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ خَالِدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى مَيْمُونَةَ وَهِيَ خَالَتُهُ وَخَالَةُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَوَجَدَ عِنْدَهَا ضَبًّا مَحْنُوذًا فَقَدَّمَتِ الضَّبَّ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَهُ عَنِ الضَّبِّ فَقَالَ خَالِدٌ: أَحْرَامٌ الضَّبُّ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: «لَا وَلَكِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ بِأَرْضِ قَوْمِي فَأَجِدُنِي أَعَافُهُ» قَالَ خَالِدٌ: فَاجْتَرَرْتُهُ فَأَكَلْتُهُ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيّ

وَعَن أبي مُوسَى قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْكُلُ لَحْمَ الدَّجَاجِ

وَعَن ابنِ أبي أوْفى قَالَ: غَزَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبْعَ غَزَوَاتٍ كُنَّا نَأْكُلُ مَعَهُ الجرادَ
On the authority of Ibn Abi Awfa, he said: We fought seven battles with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and we were eating locusts with him.

وَعَن جابرٍ قَالَ: غَزَوْتُ جَيْشَ الْخَبْطِ وَأُمِّرَ عَلَيْنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ فَجُعْنَا جُوعًا شَدِيدًا فَأَلْقَى الْبَحْرُ حُوتًا مَيِّتًا لَمْ نَرَ مِثْلَهُ يُقَالُ لَهُ: الْعَنْبَرُ فَأَكَلْنَا مِنْهُ نِصْفَ شَهْرٍ فَأَخَذَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ عَظْمًا مِنْ عِظَامِهِ فَمَرَّ الرَّاكِبُ تَحْتَهُ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا ذَكَرْنَا ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «كُلُوا رِزْقًا أَخْرَجَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكُمْ وَأَطْعِمُونَا إِنْ كَانَ مَعَكُمْ» قَالَ: فَأَرْسَلْنَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْهُ فَأَكله
On the authority of Jabir, he said: I invaded the army of Al-Khatt, and Abu Ubaidah commanded against us. We were severely hungry, and the sea threw up a dead whale, the like of which we had never seen. It is said that For him: Amber, so we ate from it for half a month, then Abu Ubaidah took one of its bones, and the rider passed under it, and when we came, we mentioned That was for the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and he said: “Eat the provision that God has provided for you, and feed us if you have it.” He said: So we sent to the Messenger of God May God bless him and grant him peace, and he ate it.
