Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4304
عَن أنسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ أَحَبُّ الثِّيَابِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَلْبَسَهَا الْحِبَرَةُ
On the authority of Anas, he said: The most beloved of the clothes to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was to wear it with ink.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4305
وَعَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَبِسَ جُبَّةً رُومِيَّةً ضَيِّقَةَ الْكُمَّيْنِ
On the authority of Al-Mughirah bin Shu’bah: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, wore a Roman robe with tight sleeves.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4306
وَعَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ قَالَ: أَخْرَجَتْ إِلَيْنَا عَائِشَةُ كِسَاءً مُلَبَّدًا وَإِزَارًا غَلِيظًا فَقَالَتْ: قُبِضَ رُوحُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هذَيْن
On the authority of Abu Burdah, he said: Aisha brought out to us a felted garment and a thick garment, and said: The soul of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was taken in These two

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4307
وَعَن عَائِشَة قَالَتْ: كَانَ فِرَاشُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الَّذِي يَنَامُ عَلَيْهِ أَدَمًا حَشْوُهُ لِيف
On the authority of Aisha, she said: The bed of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, on which he slept was made of wood stuffed with fiber.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4308
وَعَنْهَا قَالَتْ: كَانَ وِسَادُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الَّذِي يَتَّكِئُ عَلَيْهِ مَنْ أَدَمٍ حشْوُهُ ليفٌ. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On her authority, she said: The pillow of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, upon which he reclined, was made of human fiber stuffed with fiber. Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4309
وعنها قَالَت: بَينا نَحْنُ جُلُوسٌ فِي بَيْتِنَا فِي حَرِّ الظَّهِيرَةِ قَالَ قَائِلٌ لِأَبِي بَكْرٍ: هَذَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُقْبِلًا مُتَقَنِّعًا. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On her authority, she said: While we were sitting in our house in the heat of the afternoon, someone said to Abu Bakr: This is the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, coming and wearing a mask. Narrated by Al-Bukhari

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4310
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهُ: «فِرَاشٌ لِلرَّجُلِ وَفِرَاشٌ لِامْرَأَتِهِ وَالثَّالِثُ للضيف وَالرَّابِع للشَّيْطَان» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
And on the authority of Jabir that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him: “One bed is for the man, one bed is for his wife, the third is for the guest, and the fourth is for the devil.” Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4311
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَى مَنْ جَرَّ إزَاره بطرا»
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “On the Day of Resurrection, God will not look at the one who pulled his garment off in disgrace.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4312
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ جَرَّ ثَوْبَهُ خُيَلَاءَ لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
On the authority of Ibn Umar, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever drags his garment out of arrogance, God will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4313
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَجُرُّ إِزَارَهُ مِنَ الْخُيَلَاءِ خُسِفَ بِهِ فَهُوَ يَتَجَلْجَلُ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلى يومِ الْقِيَامَة» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “While a man was dragging his garment out of arrogance, it was swallowed up and was rolling on the ground to the ground. On the Day of Resurrection. Narrated by Al-Bukhari

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4314
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا أَسْفَلَ مِنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ مِنَ الْإِزَارِ فِي النَّارِ» . رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Nothing lower than the ankles of the garment will be in the Fire.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4315
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ الرَّجُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ أَو يمشي فِي نعل وَاحِد وَأَن يشْتَمل الصماء أَو يجتني فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ كَاشِفًا عَنْ فَرْجِهِ. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade a man to eat with his left hand or to walk in one shoe, and to include a deaf woman or a woman wearing a garment. One revealing his private parts. Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4319
وعن عمر وأنس وابن الزبير وأبي أمامة رضي الله عنهم أجمعين عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال :
" من لبس الحرير في الدنيا لم يلبسه في الآخرة "
" من لبس الحرير في الدنيا لم يلبسه في الآخرة "
On the authority of Omar, Anas, Ibn al-Zubayr, and Abu Umamah, may God be pleased with them all, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said:
“Whoever wears silk in this world will not wear it in the afterlife.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4320
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّمَا يَلْبَسُ الْحَرِيرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا مَنْ لَا خَلَاقَ لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَة»
On the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The only person who wears silk in this world is one who has no share in the Hereafter.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4321
وَعَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ: نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَشْرَبَ فِي آنِيَةِ الْفِضَّةِ وَالذَّهَبِ وَأَنْ نَأْكُلَ فِيهَا وَعَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ وَالدِّيبَاجِ وَأَنْ نَجْلِسَ عَلَيْهِ
On the authority of Hudhayfah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade us from drinking from vessels of silver and gold, or from eating from them. Silk and brocade and to sit on it

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4322
وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: أُهْدِيَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم حُلّة سِيَرَاءَ فَبَعَثَ بِهَا إِلَيَّ فَلَبِسْتُهَا فَعَرَفْتُ الْغَضَبَ فِي وَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ: «إِنِّي لَمْ أَبْعَثْ بِهَا إِلَيْكَ لِتَلْبَسَهَا إِنَّمَا بَعَثْتُ بِهَا إِلَيْكَ لِتُشَقِّقَهَا خُمُراً بَين النساءِ»
On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, he said: I was given as a gift to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, a garment of Shira’, and he sent it to me, and I wore it and recognized the anger in him. He faced him and said: “I did not send it to you so that you could wear it, but rather I sent it to you so that you might share wine among the women.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4324
وَعَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ إِلَّا هَكَذَا وَرَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إصبعيه: الْوُسْطَى والسبابة وضمهما
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِمُسْلِمٍ: أَنَّهُ خَطَبَ بِالْجَابِيَةِ فَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ إِلَّا مَوْضِعَ إِصْبَعَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاث أَو أَربع
وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِمُسْلِمٍ: أَنَّهُ خَطَبَ بِالْجَابِيَةِ فَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ إِلَّا مَوْضِعَ إِصْبَعَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاث أَو أَربع
On the authority of Omar, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade wearing silk except in this way, and the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, raised His two fingers: the middle and index fingers, and holding them together. And in a narration by Muslim: He proposed to a woman wearing a jabiya and said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade He, peace and blessings be upon him, abstained from wearing silk except where two, three, or four fingers fit.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4325
وَعَن أسماءَ بنت أبي بكر: أَنَّهَا أَخْرَجَتْ جُبَّةَ طَيَالِسَةٍ كِسْرَوَانِيَّةٍ لَهَا لِبْنَةُ ديباجٍ وفُرجَيْها مكفوفَين بالديباجِ وَقَالَت: هَذِه جبَّةُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ فَلَمَّا قُبِضَتْ قَبَضْتُهَا وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَلْبَسُهَا فَنَحْنُ نَغْسِلُهَا للمَرضى نستشفي بهَا. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Asma’ bint Abi Bakr: She took out a robe of twill made of silk with a brocade panel, and its sides were covered with brocade, and she said: This is the robe of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. May God bless him and grant him peace. She was with Aisha, and when she took her possession, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was wearing her. We wash it for the sick and heal ourselves with it. Narrated by Muslim

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4326
وَعَن أنسٍ قَالَ: رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلزُّبَيْرِ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ فِي لبس الْحَرِير لحكة بهما
وَفِي رِوَايَة لمُسلم قَالَ: إنَّهُمَا شكوا من الْقمل فَرخص لَهما فِي قمص الْحَرِير
وَفِي رِوَايَة لمُسلم قَالَ: إنَّهُمَا شكوا من الْقمل فَرخص لَهما فِي قمص الْحَرِير
On the authority of Anas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, gave permission for Al-Zubayr and Abd al-Rahman bin Awf to wear silk because of itching.
And in a narration by Muslim, he said: They complained of lice, so he granted them a silk shirt.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4328
عَن أم سَلمَة قَالَتْ: كَانَ أَحَبُّ الثِّيَابِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْقَمِيصَ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Umm Salamah, she said: The most beloved garment of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was the shirt. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawood

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4329
وَعَن أسماءَ بنت يزِيد قَالَتْ: كَانَ كُمُّ قَمِيصِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الرُّصْغِ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ
On the authority of Asma bint Yazid, she said: The sleeve of the shirt of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, reached the wrist. Al-Tirmidhi narrated it and said: This is a hasan ghareeb hadith.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4330
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا لَبِسَ قَمِيصًا بَدَأَ بميامنه. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: Whenever the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, put on a shirt, he would start with his right. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4331
وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «إِزْرَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ إِلَى أَنْصَافِ سَاقَيْهِ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ مَا أَسْفَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَفِي النَّارِ» قَالَ ذَلِكَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ «وَلَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَى مَنْ جَرَّ إِزَارَهُ بَطَرًا» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَابْن مَاجَه
On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, may God be pleased with him, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, say: “The believer’s loincloth extends to the middle of his shins.” There is no blame on him for what is between him and the Kaaba. Whatever is below that is in the Fire.” He said that three times, “and God will not wait.” On the Day of Resurrection to the one who recklessly drags his garment. Narrated by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4332
وَعَن سَالم عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْإِسْبَالُ فِي الْإِزَارِ وَالْقَمِيصِ وَالْعِمَامَةِ مِنْ جَرَّ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا خُيَلَاءَ لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيّ وَابْن مَاجَه
And on the authority of Salim, on the authority of his father, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “The shedding of the garment, the shirt, and the turban, whoever wears any of them is not arrogance. God will look at him on the Day of Resurrection.” Narrated by Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i and Ibn Majah

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4333
وَعَن أبي كبشةَ قَالَ: كَانَ كِمَامُ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بُطْحًا. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حديثٌ مُنكر
On the authority of Abu Kabsha, he said: The sleeves of the Companions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, were wet. Al-Tirmidhi narrated it and said: This is an objectionable hadith.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4335
وَعَن أم سَلمَة قَالَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ ذَكَرَ الْإِزَارَ: فَالْمَرْأَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: «تُرْخِي شِبْرًا» فَقَالَتْ: إِذًا تَنْكَشِفُ عَنْهَا قَالَ: «فَذِرَاعًا لَا تَزِيدُ عَلَيْهِ» . رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ وَأَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ وَابْن مَاجَه
وَفِي رِوَايَةِ التِّرْمِذِيِّ وَالنَّسَائِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَقَالَتْ: إِذًا تَنْكَشِفُ أَقْدَامُهُنَّ قَالَ: «فَيُرْخِينَ ذِرَاعًا لَا يزدن عَلَيْهِ»
وَفِي رِوَايَةِ التِّرْمِذِيِّ وَالنَّسَائِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَقَالَتْ: إِذًا تَنْكَشِفُ أَقْدَامُهُنَّ قَالَ: «فَيُرْخِينَ ذِرَاعًا لَا يزدن عَلَيْهِ»
On the authority of Umm Salamah, she said to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, when he mentioned the garment: What about the woman, O Messenger of God? He said: “Relax a hand span.” She said: “Then uncover it.” He said: “A cubit, do not exceed it.” Narrated by Malik, Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i, and Ibn Majah, and in the narration of Al-Tirmidhi Al-Nasa’i, on the authority of Ibn Umar, said: When their feet are uncovered, he said: “Then they will lengthen an cubit, but not more than it.”

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4336
وَعَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي رَهْطٍ مِنْ مُزَيْنَةَ فَبَايَعُوهُ وَإِنَّهُ لَمُطْلَقُ الْأَزْرَارِ فَأَدْخَلْتُ يَدِي فِي جَيْبِ قَمِيصِهِ فَمَسِسْتُ الْخَاتم. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
And on the authority of Muawiyah ibn Qurra, on the authority of his father, he said: I came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in a group of Muzainah, and they pledged allegiance to him, and he is the one who has the best of ties. So I put my hand into his shirt pocket and touched the ring. Narrated by Abu Dawood

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4337
وَعَن سَمُرَة أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْبَسُوا الثِّيَابَ الْبِيضَ فَإِنَّهَا أَطْهَرُ وَأَطْيَبُ وَكَفِّنُوا فِيهَا مَوْتَاكُمْ» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَه
On the authority of Samurah, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Wear white clothes, for they are purer and more pleasant, and shroud your dead in them.” Narrated by Ahmad, Al-Tirmidhi, Al-Nasa’i, and Ibn Majah

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4338
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اعْتَمَّ سَدَلَ عِمَامَتَهُ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهِ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ
On the authority of Ibn Omar, he said: Whenever the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, covered his turban, he would lower his turban between his shoulders. Al-Tirmidhi narrated it and said: This is a hasan ghareeb hadith.

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4339
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ: عَمَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَدَلَهَا بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ وَمِنْ خَلْفِي. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
On the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Awf, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, gave me a blindfold and spread it between my hands and behind me. Narrated by Abu Dawood

Mishkat al-Masabih # 22/4340
وَعَن ركَانَة عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «فَرْقُ مَا بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ الْعَمَائِمُ عَلَى الْقَلَانِسِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ وَإِسْنَاده لَيْسَ بالقائم

وَعَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أُحِلَّ الذَّهَبُ وَالْحَرِيرُ لِلْإِنَاثِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي وَحُرِّمَ عَلَى ذُكُورِهَا» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَالنَّسَائِيّ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيّ: هَذَا صَحِيح
On the authority of Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari, the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Gold and silk are permissible for females of my nation and forbidden for their males.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Nasa’i, and Al-Tirmidhi said: This is authentic.

وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اسْتَجَدَّ ثَوْبًا سَمَّاهُ بِاسْمِهِ عِمَامَةً أَوْ قَمِيصًا أَوْ رِدَاءً ثُمَّ يَقُولُ «اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ كَمَا كسوتَنيه أَسأَلك خَيره وخيرَ مَا صُنِعَ لَهُ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهِ وَشَرِّ مَا صُنِعَ لَهُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ
On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, he said: Whenever the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, found a piece of clothing, he would give it its name, a turban, a shirt, or a robe. Then he says, “O God, praise be to You as You clothed me. I ask You for the good of him and the good of what was done to him, and I seek refuge in You from his evil and the evil of what was done to him.” He narrated it Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawood

وَعَن معاذِ بن أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ أَكَلَ طَعَامًا ثُمَّ قَالَ: الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا الطَّعَامَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَزَادَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: " وَمَنْ لَبِسَ ثَوْبًا فَقَالَ: الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ "
On the authority of Muadh bin Anas that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever eats food and then says: Praise be to God who fed me this food and provided me with it.” Without any power or strength on my part, his previous sins were forgiven him.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, and Abu Dawud added: “And whoever wears a garment He said: Praise be to God who has covered me with this and provided me with it without any power or strength on my part. وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَا عَائِشَةُ إِذَا أَرَدْتِ اللُّحُوقَ بِي فَلْيَكْفِكِ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا كَزَادِ الرَّاكِبِ وَإِيَّاكِ وَمُجَالَسَةَ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ وَلَا تَسْتَخْلِقِي ثَوْبًا حَتَّى تُرَقِّعِيهِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ صَالِحِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ: صَالِحُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ مُنكر الحَدِيث
On the authority of Aisha, she said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to me: “O Aisha, if you want to catch up with me, let this world be sufficient for you as a rider’s provisions.” “Beware of sitting with the rich and do not create a garment without patching it.” Al-Tirmidhi narrated it and said: This is a strange hadith. We know it only from the hadith of Salih bin Hassan. Muhammad bin Ismail said: Salih bin Hassan denies the hadith.

" مَنْ تَرَكَ لُبْسَ ثوبِ جمالٍ وَهُوَ يقدرُ عَلَيْهِ وَفِي رَاوِيه: تَوَاضُعًا كَسَاهُ اللَّهُ حُلَّةَ الْكَرَامَةِ وَمَنْ تَزَوَّجَ لِلَّهِ تَوَجَّهُ اللَّهُ تَاجَ الْمُلْكِ ". رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
وَرَوَى التِّرْمِذِيُّ مِنْهُ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ حَدِيث اللبَاس
" مَنْ تَرَكَ لُبْسَ ثوبِ جمالٍ وَهُوَ يقدرُ عَلَيْهِ وَفِي رَاوِيه: تَوَاضُعًا كَسَاهُ اللَّهُ حُلَّةَ الْكَرَامَةِ وَمَنْ تَزَوَّجَ لِلَّهِ تَوَجَّهُ اللَّهُ تَاجَ الْمُلْكِ ". رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: أَتَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَائِرًا فَرَأَى رَجُلًا شَعِثًا قد تفرق شعرُه فَقَالَ: «مَا كَانَ يَجِدُ هَذَا مَا يُسَكِّنُ بِهِ رَأْسَهُ؟» وَرَأى رجلا عَلَيْهِ ثيابٌ وسِخةٌ فَقَالَ: «مَا كَانَ يَجِدُ هَذَا مَا يَغْسِلُ بِهِ ثَوْبَهُ؟» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came to us as a visitor and saw a disheveled man whose hair had become disheveled. He said: “This man did not find anything to calm him down.” His head? He saw a man wearing dirty clothes and said: “This man could not find anything to wash his clothes with?” . وَعَن أبي الأحوصِ عَن أبيهِ قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَى ثَوْبٌ دُونٌ فَقَالَ لِي: «أَلَكَ مَالٌ؟» قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: «مِنْ أَيِّ الْمَالِ؟» قُلْتُ: مِنْ كُلِّ الْمَالِ قَدْ أَعْطَانِي اللَّهُ منَ الإِبلِ وَالْبَقر وَالْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ. قَالَ: «فَإِذَا آتَاكَ اللَّهُ مَالًا فَلْيُرَ أَثَرُ نِعْمَةِ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكَ وَكَرَامَتِهِ» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَفِي شَرْحِ السُّنَّةِ بِلَفْظِ الْمَصَابِيحِ
On the authority of Abu Al-Ahwas, on the authority of his father, he said: I came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, wearing a thin garment, and he said to me: “Do you have any money?” I said: Yes. He said: “From what money?” I said: Of all the wealth God has given me, including camels, cows, horses, and slaves. He said: “If God gives you wealth, let it be seen.” The effect of God’s grace and dignity upon you.” Narrated by Ahmad and Al-Nasa’i, and in the explanation of the Sunnah, with the wording “Al-Masabih.”

وَعَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا أَرْكَبُ الْأُرْجُوَانَ وَلَا أَلْبَسُ الْمُعَصْفَرَ وَلَا أَلْبَسُ الْقَمِيصَ الْمُكَفَّفَ بِالْحَرِيرِ» وَقَالَ: «أَلَا وَطِيبُ الرِّجَالِ رِيحٌ لَا لَوْنَ لَهُ وَطِيبُ النِّسَاءِ لَوْنٌ لَا ريح لَهُ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Imran bin Husayn that the Prophet of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “I do not ride purple, nor wear yellow, nor wear a shirt.” “The one wrapped in silk” and he said: “Men’s perfume is a colorless scent, and women’s perfume is a colorless scent.” Narrated by Abu Dawood

وَعَن أبي ريحانةَ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ عَشْرٍ: عَنِ الْوَشْرِ وَالْوَشْمِ وَالنَّتْفِ وَعَنْ مُكَامَعَةِ الرَّجُلِ الرَّجُلَ بِغَيْرِ شِعَارٍ وَمُكَامَعَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ الْمَرْأَةَ بِغَيْرِ شِعَارٍ وَأَنْ يَجْعَلَ الرَّجُلُ فِي أَسْفَلِ ثِيَابِهِ حَرِيرًا مِثْلَ الْأَعَاجِمِ أَوْ يجعلَ على مَنْكِبَيْه حَرِير مِثْلَ الْأَعَاجِمِ وَعَنِ النُّهْبَى وَعَنْ رُكُوبِ النُّمُورِ وَلُبُوسِ الْخَاتَمِ إِلَّا لِذِي سُلْطَانٍ ". رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Abu Rayhana, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade ten things: brushing, tattooing, plucking, and a man having intercourse with another man without A woman's intercourse with a woman without being intimate, and for a man to make the bottom of his clothes silk like foreigners, or make On his shoulders there is silk like that of foreigners, and he abstains from plundering, and from riding tigers, and from wearing a signet, except for one of authority.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and al-Nasa’i.

وَعَن عَليّ قَالَ: نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ خَاتَمِ الذَّهَبِ وَعَنْ لُبْسِ الْقَسِّيِّ وَالْمَيَاثِرِ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَفِي رِوَايَة لأبي دَاوُد قَالَ: نهى عَن مياثر الأرجوان

وَعَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تَرْكَبُوا الْخَزَّ وَلَا النِّمَارَ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ

وَعَن أبي رِمْثةَ التيميِّ قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَيْهِ ثَوْبَانِ أَخْضَرَانِ وَلَهُ شَعَرٌ قَدْ عَلَاهُ الشَّيْبُ وَشَيْبُهُ أَحْمَرُ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِأَبِي دَاوُدَ: وَهُوَ ذُو وَفْرَةٍ وَبِهَا رَدْعٌ من حناء
On the authority of Abu Rimthah al-Taymi, he said: I came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, wearing two green garments and hair that had become gray on top of it, and some of it was red. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and in a narration by Abu Dawud: It is abundant and has a deterrent of henna.

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ شَاكِيًا فَخَرَجَ يَتَوَكَّأُ عَلَى أُسَامَةَ وَعَلَيْهِ ثَوْبُ قِطْرٍ قَدْ تَوَشَّحَ بِهِ فَصَلَّى بهم. رَوَاهُ فِي شرح السّنة
On the authority of Anas: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was complaining, so he went out to lean on Usama, wearing a cotton garment that he had wrapped himself in, so he prayed with them. Narrated in Sharh Al-Sunnah
