Hadith #50115
عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَضَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي كُلِّ مَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلَا شُفْعَة. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, ruled for pre-emption in everything that was not divided. If the boundaries have been established and the roads have been blocked, then there is no pre-emption. Narrated by Al-Bukhari
