Hadith #50128
وَعَن رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ: كُنَّا أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ حَقْلًا وَكَانَ أَحَدُنَا يُكْرِي أَرْضَهُ فَيَقُولُ: هَذِهِ الْقِطْعَةُ لِي وَهَذِهِ لَكَ فَرُبَّمَا أَخْرَجَتْ ذِهِ وَلَمْ تُخْرِجْ ذِهِ فَنَهَاهُمُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
On the authority of Rafi’ bin Khadij, he said: We were the most agricultural people in Medina, and one of us used to plot his land and say: This plot is mine and this is yours. Perhaps she brought out this one and did not bring out that one, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade them.
