Hadith #50167
وَعَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد وَالتِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد
On his authority, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “Omri is permissible for its people, and serfdom is permissible for its people.” Narrated by Ahmad, Al-Tirmidhi, and Abu Dawood
