وَعَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: مِنَ السُّنَّةِ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ الْبِكْرَ عَلَى الثَّيِّبِ أَقَامَ عِنْدهَا سبعا وَقسم إِذا تَزَوَّجَ الثَّيِّبَ أَقَامَ عِنْدَهَا ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ قَسَمَ. قَالَ أَبُو قلَابَة: وَلَو شِئْت لَقلت: إِن أَنَسًا رَفْعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
On the authority of Abu Qalabah, on the authority of Anas, he said: From the Sunnah, if a virgin man marries a married man, he stays with her for seven days, and he swears that if he marries a married man, he stays with her for seven days. She has three, then he divides. Abu Qalabah said: If you wished, you could have said: A man referred it to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
