وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةُ: أَنْ يَبِيعَ الرَّجُلُ الزَّرْعَ بِمِائَةِ فَرَقٍ حِنطةً والمزابنةُ: أنْ يبيعَ التمْرَ فِي رؤوسِ النَّخْلِ بِمِائَةِ فَرَقٍ وَالْمُخَابَرَةُ: كِرَاءُ الْأَرْضِ بِالثُّلُثِ والرُّبُعِ. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade communicating with one another, engaging in negotiations, trading with one another, and engaging with one another: for a man to sell crops. For one hundred shillings of wheat, and Al-Muzabanah: to sell dates on the tops of palm trees for one hundred shillings, and Al-Mukhabara: to rent land for a third.
