وَعَنْ خِشْفِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي دِيَةِ الْخَطَأِ عِشْرِينَ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ وَعِشْرِينَ ابْنَ مَخَاضٍ ذُكُورٍ وَعِشْرِينَ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ وَعِشْرِينَ جَذَعَةً وَعِشْرِينَ حِقَّةً ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَالصَّحِيحُ أَنَّهُ مَوْقُوفٌ عَلَى ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَخِشْفٌ مَجْهُولٌ لَا يُعْرَفُ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَرُوِيَ فِي شَرْحِ السُّنَّةِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَدَى قَتِيلَ خَيْبَرَ بِمِائَةٍ مِنْ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ وَلَيْسَ فِي أَسْنَانِ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ ابْنُ مَخَاضٍ إِنَّمَا فِيهَا ابْنُ لبون
On the authority of Khashf ibn Malik, on the authority of Ibn Masoud, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, decided on the blood money for the mistake: twenty bint makhad and twenty “Ibn Makhad is male, twenty Bint Labun, twenty Jadha’ah, and twenty Haqqah.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i, and Al-Sahih. It is attributed to Ibn Masoud and an unknown person who is only known from this hadith. It was narrated in the explanation of the Sunnah that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, gave He was killed in Khaybar with a hundred charity camels, and the teeth of the charity camels do not have Ibn Makhad, rather they have Ibn Labun.
