Hadith #50671
On the authority of Abu Bakra, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “If two Muslims meet, and one of them carries a weapon against his brother, then they will be on the precipice of Hell.” So if one of them kills his friend, they all enter it.” In a narration from him: He said: “If two Muslims meet with their swords, then the killer And the one who is killed is in the Fire. I said: This is the killer, so what is the matter with the one who was killed? He said: “He was keen to kill his friend.”
