عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَثَلُ هَذِهِ الدُّنْيَا مَثَلُ ثَوْبٍ شُقَّ مِنْ أَوَّلِهِ إِلَى آخِرِهِ فَبَقِيَ مُتَعَلِّقًا بِخَيْطٍ فِي آخِرِهِ فَيُوشِكُ ذَلِكَ الْخَيْطُ أَنْ يَنْقَطِعَ» . رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي «شُعَبِ الْإِيمَانِ»
On the authority of Anas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The likeness of this world is like a garment that has been torn from beginning to end and is left hanging. With a thread at the end of it, and that thread is about to break.” Narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in “Shu’ab Al-Iman”
