Mishkat al-Masabih — Hadith #51981

I said: Slowly, then I recited (Indeed, he has seen one of the great signs of his Lord) and she said: Where are you taking you? It is Gabriel. Who told you that Muhammad saw his Lord or concealed anything of what he was commanded or knew? The five about which God Almighty said: (Indeed, with God is knowledge of the Hour, and He will send down rain.) So he committed the greatest slander, but he saw Gabriel, whom he did not see in He was depicted only twice: once at Sidrat al-Muntaha and once in Ajyad.
