Hadith #50120
عَن سعيد بن حُرَيْث قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ بَاعَ مِنْكُمْ دَارًا أَوْ عَقَارًا قَمِنٌ أَنْ لَا يُبَارَكُ لَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَجْعَلَهُ فِي مِثْلِهِ» . رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ والدارمي
On the authority of Saeed bin Harith, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Whoever among you sells a house or property is certain that it will not be blessed unless He makes him like him.” Narrated by Ibn Majah and Al-Darimi
