Hadith #52108
وَعَنْ جَابِرٌ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَسْلُكْ طَرِيقًا فَيَتْبَعُهُ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا عرفَ أَنه قد سلكه من طيب عرقه - أَوْ قَالَ: مِنْ رِيحِ عَرَقِهِ - رَوَاهُ الدَّارِمِيُّ
On the authority of Jabir, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not take a road and someone followed him unless he knew that he had taken it from the perfume of his own sweat - or he said: from the scent of his sweat - narrated by him. Al-Darimi
