Hadith #52149
وَعَنْ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُكْثِرُ الذِّكْرَ وَيُقِلُّ اللَّغْوَ وَيُطِيلُ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُقْصِرُ الْخُطْبَةَ وَلَا يَأْنَفُ أَنْ يَمْشِيَ مَعَ الْأَرْمَلَةِ والمسكين فَيَقْضِي الْحَاجة. رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيّ والدارمي
On the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Awfa, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to mention frequently and talk little, and would lengthen the prayer and shorten it. Engagement, and he does not hesitate to walk with the widow and the poor person and fulfill their needs. Narrated by Al-Nasa’i and Al-Darimi
