وَعنهُ قا ل: أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِإِنَاءٍ وَهُوَ بِالزَّوْرَاءِ فَوَضَعَ يَدَهُ فِي الْإِنَاءِ فَجَعَلَ الْمَاءُ يَنْبُعُ مِنْ بَيْنِ أَصَابِعِهِ فَتَوَضَّأَ الْقَوْمُ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ: قُلْتُ لِأَنَسٍ: كَمْ كُنْتُمْ؟ قَالَ: ثلاثمائةٍ أَو زهاءَ ثلاثمائةٍ. مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ
On his authority, he said: A vessel was brought to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and it was in false form. He put his hand in the vessel and made water spring from between his fingers. So the people performed ablution. Qatada said: I said to Anas: How old were you? He said: Three hundred or about three hundred. agreed
