Hadith #52240
وَعَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدَبٍ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَتَدَاوَلُ مِنْ قَصْعَةٍ مِنْ غُدْوَةٍ حَتَّى اللَّيْلِ يَقُومُ عَشَرَةٌ وَيَقْعُدُ عَشَرَةٌ قُلْنَا: فَمِمَّا كَانَتْ تُمَدُّ؟ قَالَ: مِنْ أَيْ شَيْءٍ تَعْجَبُ؟ مَا كَانَت تمَدّ إِلا من هَهنا وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ
On the authority of Abi Al-Ala, on the authority of Samurah ibn Jundub, he said: We were with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and we shared a portion of food in the morning until nightfall. Ten and ten sit. We said: What were they used for? He said: What are you surprised by? It only extended from here, and he pointed with his hand to Heaven.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Darimi.
