Mishkat al-Masabih — Hadith #52257
Hadith #52257
On the authority of Jabir, he said: When someone came, my father called me in the night and said, “I did not see anything but being killed, one of the first of the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to be killed.” And I will not leave behind me anyone dearer to me than you except the soul of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, for I have a debt. So fulfill your duty and treat your sisters well. So in the morning he was the first to be killed, and I buried him with another in a grave. Narrated by Al-Bukhari
