وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ سَعْدَ بن عبَادَة رَضِي الله عَنْهُم اسْتَفْتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي نَذْرٍ كَانَ عَلَى أُمِّهِ فَتُوُفِّيَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقْضِيَهُ فَأَفْتَاهُ أَنْ يَقْضِيَهُ عَنْهَا
On the authority of Ibn Abbas: Saad bin Ubadah, may God be pleased with them, asked the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, a fatwa regarding a vow he had made to his mother, and she died before that. Elle l'exécutait, alors il lui a donné une fatwa pour l'accomplir en son nom.
