Hadith #28931
Abu Ammar Al-Hussein bin Harith narrated to us, Ali bin Al-Hussein bin Waqid narrated to us, my father narrated to me, Abdullah bin Buraidah narrated to me, he said I heard Abu Buraidah said that while the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was walking, a man came to him with a donkey and said, “O Messenger of God, ride.” The man was late, so the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “You have more right to the chest of your animal unless you make it mine.” He said, “I have made it yours.” He said, “He rode.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good and strange hadith from this perspective. And on the authority of Qais bin Saad bin Ubadah.”
