Hadith #36755
استخلف رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رجلا في خيبر. فلما جاء بتمر يقال له جنيب، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «أهذا كله تمر خيبر؟» فيباع الخلطة بالدراهم، ويشتري الجنيب التمر بالدراهم. (البخاري ج34:/89، ه: 2201-2202، مسلم 22/18، ه: 1593)
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) appointed a man as Tahsildar in Khaybar. When he came with the (best) dates called Janib, the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) asked, "Are these all the dates of Khaybar?" Mixed dates will be sold for dirhams and Janib will buy dates with dirhams. (Bukhari Part 34: /89, Ha: 2201-2202; Muslim 22/18, Ha: 1593)
