Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1130
حديث عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَغَارَ عَلَى بَنِي الْمُصْطَلِقِ وَهُمْ غَارُّونَ، وَأَنْعَامُهُمْ تُسْقَى عَلَى الْمَاءِ، فَقَتَلَ مُقَاتِلَتَهُمْ، وَسَبَى ذَرَارِيَّهُمْ، وَأَصَابَ يَوْمَئِذٍ جُوَيْرِيَةَ وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ فِي ذَلِكَ الْجَيْشِ
The hadith of Abdullah bin Omar, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, raided the Banu al-Mustaliq while they were raiding while their livestock were being watered, so he killed them. He fought them, took their descendants captive, and attacked Juwayriyah on that day. Abdullah bin Omar was in that army.

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1132
وقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «خذوا اليسر، ولا تعسروا، وبشروا الناس، ولا تفسدوا». (البخاري الجزء 3 باب 11 حديث رقم 69 ؛ مسلم 3/32 هـ 1734)
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Take the easy way, do not take the hard way, give people good news, do not cause trouble.” (Bukhari Part 3 Chapter 11 Hadith No. 69; Muslim 32/3 AH 1734)

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1133
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ترفع راية يوم القيامة لمن نكث نذره. وسيقال إن هذا علامة على خيانة ابن فلان. (البخاري جزء 78 باب 99 حديث رقم 6178 ؛ مسلم 32/4 ، هه 1765)
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: A flag will be raised on the Day of Judgment for those who break their vows. And it will be said that this is a sign of the betrayal of so-and-so's son. (Bukhari Part 78 Chapter 99 Hadith No. 6178; Muslim 32/4, Hah 1765)

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1134
حديث عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، يُنْصَبُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُعْرَفُ بِهِ
The hadith of Abdullah bin Masoud, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: Every treacherous person will have a banner on the Day of Resurrection, which will be erected on the Day of Resurrection and he will be known by it.

حديث جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: الْحَرْبُ خُدْعَةٌ
Hadith of Jabir bin Abdullah, who said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: War is a deception.

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1136
قال: سمى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الحرب إستراتيجية. (البخاري الجزء 56 باب 157 حديث رقم 3029 ؛ مسلم 32/5 هـ 1740)
He said, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called war as strategy. (Bukhari Part 56 Chapter 157 Hadith No. 3029; Muslim 32/5 AH 1740)

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1139
حديث عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً وُجِدَتْ، فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِي النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، مَقْتُولَةً؛ فَأَنْكَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَتْلَ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ
The hadith of Abdullah bin Omar, that a woman was found murdered during some of the raids of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, denounced the killing of women and children.

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1141
وقال إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أحرق نخلاً لبني نذير في مكان يقال له البويري وقطع بعضاً منه. فنزلت في هذا: «النخل الذي قطعتموه أو ثبتتم على سوقه فبإذن الله» (سورة الحشر 59/5). (البخاري جزء 64 باب 14 حديث رقم 4031 ؛ مسلم 32/10 ها 1746)
He said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) burned some of the palm trees belonging to the tribe of Banu Nazir in a place called Buwairai and cut down some of them. Regarding this it was revealed: “The palm trees that you have cut down or Those which you have fixed on the stem, it is by the permission of Allah" (Surah Hashar 59/5). حديث ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُنَفِّلُ بَعْضَ مَنْ يَبْعَثُ مِنَ السَّرَايَا لأَنْفُسِهِمْ خَاصَّةً، سِوَى قِسْمِ عَامَّةِ الْجَيْشِ
The hadith of Ibn Umar, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to send out some of the companies he sent out specifically for themselves, except for the general section of the army.

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1147
قال: أموال بني النذير أعطاها الله لرسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم فيا. ولم يسوق فيها المسلمون خيلاً ولا راكبين. ولهذا السبب فهو لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
He said, the wealth of Banu Nazeer was given by Allah to His Messenger (may peace be upon him) as 'Fay'. Muslims did not drive horses or riders in it. For this reason it is for the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him).

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1149
فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: لا وارث لنا. كل ما نتركه وراءنا سيكون صدقة. (البخاري ج 85 باب 3 حديث رقم 6730 ؛ مسلم 32/16 هـ 1757)
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: We will have no heir. Everything we leave behind will be in charity. (Bukhari part 85 chapter 3 Hadith no. 6730; Muslim 32/16 AH 1757)

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1151
حديث عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ أَزْوَاجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، حِينَ تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَرَدْنَ أَنْ يَبْعَثْنَ عُثْمَانَ إِلَى بَكْرٍ يَسْأَلْنَهُ مِيرَاثَهُنَّ، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: أَلَيْسَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لاَ نَورَثُ، مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ
The hadith of Aisha, that the wives of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, died when the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, wanted to send Uthman to Bakr. They asked him about their inheritance, so Aisha said: Didn’t the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: We have no inheritance, as long as we leave it?

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1152
فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «ليس ورثتي في ذهب، وما بقي بعد نفقة أزواجي وخدمي مما تركت فهو صدقة».
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, 'My heirs will not share any gold coins, but what remains after paying the expenses of my wives and servants from what I leave behind is Sadaqah.'

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1156
قال: لما خرج يهود بني قريظة من حصن سعد بن معاذ رضي الله عنه أرسل إليه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. وكان بالقرب من مكان الحادث. ثم كان سعد على ظهر حمار فصعد. فلما اقترب قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «ثبتوا أميركم». فجاء فجلس عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. فقال له: قد وافقوا على قولك. فقال سعد (رضي الله عنه): أنا أحكم بقتل من استطاع منهم القتال، وسبي النساء والأطفال. فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «لقد قضى الله تعالى في ذلك».
He said, When the Jews of Bani Qurayza came out of the fort of Sa'd Ibn Ma'az (RA), the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) sent for him. And he was near the scene. Then Sa'd was on the back of a donkey Climbed up. When he came near, Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "Be steadfast to your leader." He came and sat near Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him). Then he said to him, They have agreed to your decision. Sa'd (ra) said, 'I pronounce the verdict that those who are able to fight among them will be killed and the women and children will be captured.' The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said, 'You Allah Ta'ala has made a decision about it.'

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1159
قال: أخبرنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في طريق رجوعنا من الأحزاب: أن لا يصلي أحد العصر قبل أن يصل إلى بني قريظة. فلما جاء وقت العصر قال بعضهم: لسنا هناك، ولن أصلي عندما أصل. وقال بعضهم: سوف نصلي الصلاة، لم يقصد منعنا (بل قصد الإسراع في الذهاب).
He said, The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) told us on the way back from the Battle of Ahzab, that no one should perform the Asr prayer before reaching the Banu Qurayza area. But when it was time for Asar, some of them said, We are not there I won't pray when I arrive. And some said, We will perform the prayer, it was not intended to forbid us (rather, the intention was to go quickly).

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1162
حديث عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: كُنَّا مُحَاصِرِينَ قَصْرَ خَيْبَرَ، فَرَمَى إِنْسَانٌ بِجِرَابٍ فِيهِ شَحْمٌ، فَنَزَوْتُ لآخُذَهُ، فَالْتَفَتُّ فَإِذَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَاسْتَحْيَيْتُ مِنْهُ
The hadith of Abdullah bin Mughaffal, may God be pleased with him, who said: We were besieging the palace of Khaybar, and a man threw a sack containing fat, so I went down to take it, and I turned around and saw the Prophet May God bless him and grant him peace, so I was ashamed of him.

حديث الْبَرَاءِ، وَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ: أَكُنْتُمْ فَرَرْتُمْ يَا أَبَا عُمَارَةَ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ قَالَ: لاَ، وَاللهِ مَا وَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَلكِنَّهُ خَرَجَ شُبَّانُ أَصْحَابِهِ وَأَخِفَّاؤُهُمْ حُسَّرًا لَيْسَ بِسِلاَحٍ، فَأَتَوْا قَوْمًا رُمَاةً، جَمْعَ هَوَازِنَ وَبَنِي نَصْرٍ، مَا يَكَادُ يَسْقُطُ لَهُمْ سَهْمٌ، فَرَشَقُوهُمْ رَشْقًا مَا يَكَادُونَ يُخْطِئُون فَأَقْبَلُوا هُنَالِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَهُوَ عَلَى بَغْلَتِهِ الْبَيْضَاءِ وَابْنُ عَمِّهِ، أَبُو سُفْيَانَ بْنُ الْحارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ يَقُودُ بِهِ؛ فَنَزَلَ وَاسْتَنْصَرَ؛ ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَنَا النَّبِيُّ لاَ كَذِبْ أَنَا ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبْ ثُمَّ صَفَّ أَصْحَابَهُ
The hadith of Al-Bara, and a man asked him: Did you flee, O Abu Ammarah, on the day of Hunayn? Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1167
قال: لما دخل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مكة، وكان حول الكعبة ثلاثمائة وستون صنما. وظل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يضرب الأصنام بعصاه ويقول: «جاء الحق وزهق الباطل» (سورة بني الإسراء 17/ 81). (البخاري جزء 46 باب 32 حديث رقم 2478؛ مسلم 32/32، هه 1781)
He said, When the Prophet (peace be upon him) entered Makkah (as a conqueror), there were three hundred and sixty idols around the Ka'ba. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) kept hitting the idols with his stick and saying Remains: "Truth has come and falsehood has vanished, (to the end of the verse)" (Surah Bani Isra 17/81). Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1168
حديث الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، قَالَ: لَمَّا صَالَحَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَهْلَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ، كَتَبَ عَلِيٌّ بَيْنَهُمْ كِتَابًا، فَكَتَبَ: مُحَمَّدٌّ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ: لاَ تَكْتُبْ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُول اللهِ، لَوْ كُنْتَ رَسُولاً لَمْ نُقَاتِلْكَ، فَقَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ: امْحُهُ فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ: مَا أَنَا بِالَّذِي أَمْحَاهُ فَمَحَاهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ، وَصَالَحَهُمْ عَلَى أَنْ يَدْخُلَ هُوَ وَأَصْحَابُهُ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ، وَلاَ يَدْخُلُوهَا إِلاَّ بِجُلُبَّانِ السِّلاَحِ فَسَأَلُوهُ: مَا جُلُبَّانُ السِّلاَحِ فَقَالَ: الْقِرَابُ بِمَا فِيهِ
The hadith of Al-Baraa bin Azib, who said: When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, made peace with the people of Hudaybiyyah, Ali wrote a letter between them, and it was written: Muhammad The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Then the polytheists said: Do not write that Muhammad is the Messenger of God. If you were a messenger, we would not fight you.

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1170
وسئل عن جرح رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يوم أحد؟ قال: جرح وجه النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، وكُسرت سنتاه، وانكسرت خوذته، وكانت فاطمة (رضي الله عنها) تغسل الدم، وعلي (رضي الله عنه) يصب الماء. ولما رأى أن الدم يكثر أخذ بساطاً وأحرقه حتى صار رماداً ووضعه على الجرح. ثم توقف النزيف. (البخاري الجزء 56 باب 85 حديث رقم 2911؛ مسلم 32/37، هه 1790)
He was asked about the wounding of Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) on the day of Uhud. He said, The face of the Prophet (peace be upon him) was injured and his two front teeth were broken, his helmet broke down Fatima (RA) was washing the blood and 'Ali (RA) was pouring water. When he saw that the bleeding was increasing, he took a mat, burnt it to ashes and applied it to the wound. Then the bleeding stopped. Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1172
قال: وأشار رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى أسنانه، وقال: «لقد اشتد غضب الله على القوم الذين عاملوا نبيهم صلى الله عليه وسلم بهذه الطريقة، ورسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم».
He said, Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) pointed to his teeth and said, "The wrath of Allah is very great on those people who treat their Prophet (may peace be upon him) like this, and Allah's Messenger

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1175
حديث جُنْدُبِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ فِي بَعْضِ الْمَشَاهِدِ، وَقَدْ دَمِيَتْ إِصْبَعُهُ، فَقَالَ: هَلْ أَنْتِ إِلاَّ إِصْبَعٌ دَمِيتِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ مَا لَقِيتِ
The hadith of Jundub ibn Sufyan, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was in some scene, and his finger was bloodied, so he said: Are you anyone but You have bloodied your finger, and in the cause of God you have not found anything.

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1179
قال: (يوم بدر) قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: هل يرى أحد ما حدث لأبي جهل؟ ثم خرج ابن مسعود فوجد ابني عفراء قد ضرباه ضربا حتى سقط على الأرض وهو في حالة ذهول. مسلم 32/ 41، هـ 1800)
He said, (on the day of Badr) the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, Can anyone see what happened to Abu Jahl? Then Ibn Mas'ud came out and found that 'Afra's two sons had beaten him in such a way that he fell to the ground in a daze. Muslim 32/41, Hah 1800)

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1182
حديث أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غَزَا خَيْبَرَ فَصَلَّيْنَا عِنْدَهَا صَلاَةَ الْغَدَاةِ بِغَلَسٍ، فَرَكِبَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرَكِبَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ وَأَنَا رَدِيفُ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ فَأَجْرَى نَبِيُّ الله صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي زُقَاقِ خَيْبَرَ وَإِنَّ رُكْبَتِي لَتَمَسُّ فَخِذَ نَبِيِّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ثُمَّ حَسَرَ الإِزَارَ عَنْ فَخْذِهِ حَتَّى إِنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى بَيَاضِ فَخِذَ نَبِيِّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَّا دَخَلَ الْقَرْيَةَ، قَالَ: [ص: 233] اللهُ أَكْبَرُ خَرِبَتْ خَيْبَرُ إِنَّا إِذَا نَزَلْنَا بِسَاحَةِ قَوْمٍ فَسَاءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ قَالَهَا ثَلاَثًا قَالَ: وَخَرَجَ الْقَوْمُ إِلَى أَعْمَالِهِمْ، فَقَالُوا: مُحَمَّدٌ وَالْخَمِيسُ (يَعْنِي الْجَيْشَ) قَالَ: فَأَصَبْنَاهَا عَنْوَةً
The hadith of Anas, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, invaded Khaybar, and we then prayed the morning prayer with a seat, so the Prophet of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, rode. Abu Talha rode, and I was Abu Talha’s companion, so we ran to the Prophet of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the alley of Khaybar. The warners said it three times. He said: And the people went out to their work, and they said: Muhammad and Al-Khamis (meaning the army). He said: So we hit it by force.

Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan # 0/1183
قال: رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يحمل التراب يوم الأحزاب. وبياض بطنه غطى الأرض. وكان حينها يقرأ: (اللهم): لولا أنت ما اهتدينا،\nكنت لا أتصدق ولا أصلي\nفأنزل علينا السلام\nوثبت أقدامنا إذا واجهنا العدو\nلقد خالفونا\nوكلما أرادوا فتنة امتنعنا عنها. (البخاري، باب 56).
He said, On the day of Ahzab, I saw the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) carrying soil. And the whiteness of his belly covered the ground. حديث سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ: جَاءَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحنُ نَحْفِرُ الْخَنْدَقَ وَنَنْقُلُ التُّرَابَ عَلَى أَكْتَادِنَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:\nاللهُمَّ لاَ عَيْشَ إِلاَّ عَيْشُ الآخِرَهْفَاغْفِرْ لِلْمُهَاجِرِينَ وَالأَنْصَارِ
The hadith of Sahl bin Saad, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came to us while we were digging a trench and moving the dirt on our shoulders. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: May God bless him and grant him peace: O God, there is no life but the life of the afterlife, so forgive the Muhajireen and the Ansar.

قال: وكانت الأنصار يقرؤون يوم خند: «نحن قوم بايعوا على يدي محمد على الجهاد ما بقينا». عن رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم).
He said, the Ansar were reciting on the day of the battle of Khand: "We are the people who have taken the pledge of allegiance at the hands of Muhammad, to wage jihad as long as we live." By the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him).
