I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) say, "There is no child of Adam who is not touched by Satan at birth." He cries out because of Satan's touch at birth. But Maryam and her son (Isa) (‘a.) are exceptions.

He said, two persons abused each other. One of them was a Muslim, the other a Jew. The Muslim man said, By Him, Who bestowed virtues on Muhammad (peace be upon him) in all the worlds. And the Jew said, He By the One who gave Musa (A.S.) the best in all the worlds. At this time, the Muslim man raised his hand and slapped the Jew's face. In this the Jewish person went to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the Muslim person came between him and him. (I will see) Musa ('a) is holding one side of the throne. I do not know whether he fainted and regained consciousness before me or he was among those whom Allah spared from fainting. (Bukhari Part 44 Chapter 1 Hadith No. 2411; Muslim Chapter 43, Ha 2373)
