Hadith #37002
قال: كنت مع جرير بن عبد الله (رضي الله عنه) في سفر. لقد كرهني. مع أنه أكبر من أنس (رضي الله عنه). وقال جرير رضي الله عنه: لقد رأيت عمل الأنصار وأحترمهم كلما لقيتهم. (البخاري، الحلقة 56، الباب 71، حديث رقم 2888؛ مسلم 44/45 هـ 2513)
He said: I was with Jarir bin Abdullah (may God be pleased with him) on a travel. He hated me. Although he was older than Anas (may God be pleased with him). Jarir, may God be pleased with him, said: I have seen the actions of the Ansar and I respect them whenever I meet them. (Al-Bukhari, Episode 56, Chapter 71, Hadith No. 2888; Muslim 44/45 AH 2513)
