Hadith #37281
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَأَنِّى رَسُولُ اللهِ إِلاَّ بِإِحْدَى ثَلاَثٍ الثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِ وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ
On the authority of Abdullah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: It is not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim man who bears witness that there is no god but God, and that I am the Messenger of God. With one of three things: the married adulterer, a life for another life, and the one who abandons his religion and separates from the community.
