Hadith #38342
وقال أبو القاسم (عليه السلام): (من أشار إلى أخيه بقضيب من حديد لعنته الملائكة، ولو كان أخوه). (أي اقتلوه) (مسلم 2616) والترهيب بغير عمد إثم.
Abul Qasim (may peace be upon him) said, "He who points at his (Muslim) brother with an iron rod (iron weapon) is cursed by the angels; even if he is his own brother." (ie, kill him (Muslim 2616) Intimidation without intention is a sin.
